1 /5 Seb AL: Do not be a victim of this company-Text book definition of abusing consumer laws-STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. I bought a Tissot watch that had issues so 2 days after I exchanged it with the Citizen CC1075-05E WHICH APPEARS INB THE IMAGE ATTACHED. THE hour AND minute HANDS needs calibration, the store manager tried to fix it but he made me wait for a long time without fixing it. Then he threatened me to call the Police and waved goodbye to me. This is a civil matter and the Police will not be involved in it. His manager or CEO refused to assist. I have filed for a dispute with the bank and the watch was left in the store together with my refund. I advise any consumer NOT TTO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

She was really friendly and didnt seem like she was trying to push a sale. The sales rep was happy to have the item delivered to me as I live interstate. Delivery was provided freely and the watch arrived (well-packaged) within the week. Very happy so far with post-purchase customer support. Excellent service overall and I am very satisfied.

5 /5 Andrew Fletcher: I liked their selection of engagement rings far more than the other shops I visited, and prices are very fair. When I visited the store, Kyran helped me find the perfect one, and when they didnt have my fiances size, he was able to have another one shipped for pickup within a day or two. I made a mistake and actually my fiance had measured the wrong size, and they helped us find a solution in their network to resize and meet our tight deadline before we leave Australia. The service from Kyran and Vanessa was really friendly and helpful. Im really grateful for the experience and highly recommend checking the shop out!
