Super friendly, helpful, and explained everything we needed to know, which made the whole experience so much easier. One staff member wasn’t as welcoming, but Kayla’s outstanding service more than made up for it. She’s the reason this deserves 5 stars!

Laura Tran Multiple experiences here has been so pleasant. For my navel piercing today, both my friend and I had Poppy who was so gentle, thorough and efficient with our piercings. She did my belly piercing perfectly, I am in love!!! The placement was exactly in the centre and the needle was basically painless. So glad to have come here as I did before. Would definitely revisit after having Poppy, shes such an amazing piercer with the prettiest pink hair.

She greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, she showed her concern and offered to repair my jewellery that I purchased elsewhere. She also showed me similar styles that were better quality and offered me a great discount. Jess and all the staff are also friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Irene Williams Went in to return a product , lady told me that they dont do returns they could exchange the product even though on the receipt it said if in original packaging you can return and if its in 14 days of purchase Anyways as i was about to exchange the product , then lady told me i was unable to exchange it since its a rule they have and because it was a gift set they couldnt, i find this so silly and i wont be buying from here again Such a waste of money which i couldnt get back , in my opinion go somewhere else of where you can return products Also a little note If you like to look around for stuff around a store i wouldnt recommend here they dont leave you only and keep asking non stop,which may be good for some stores but this was extreme not the good way either. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Lynden Moore Had the best experience here. I was replacing my engagement ring and wedding bands and Im so glad I picked Secrets. Buddy was absolutely incredible to work with, he was patient and definitely not pushy like other stores Id been to, which I really appreciated. He communicated so well with us and went above and beyond. Holly was also amazing, she was so helpful and lovely, and my daughter absolutely loved her. Muhammad Mateen We went to store today for a return and an excange. "Yestin" is a superstar. She was super helpful. Although she didt had the size that we were after but she made an extra effort to locate the right item in other stores. Finaly we ended up finding it at Airport West. Shout out to Yestin.

Nawzad Doski Dont waste your money with Saleras bought this for $5000 only for it to fade 2 months into it being worn. The warranties on them are fake and useless

Avunniii Doski Purchases a $5000 ring only for it to after a few months fade was told its abnormal, this happened 3 times within 1 year. Refused to refund or replace only re- rhodium plated it the 3 times for it to happen again + have a stone break. Went to several branches including the city head office but there where no help and nothing but rude. Few years have past and the ring is just sitting there unused. Absolutely devastated such a waste of money for what was meant to be my beautiful engagement ring. Still have the original recipet of purchase and copies of it. I would love to hear back from someone to reach a reasonable resolution.

Annie Nolan MADE MY WHOLE DAY. I was having such a terrible day and Sharifa and Hanh were truly the nicest ladies. I left with the most beautiful pendant for my best friend and some tissues to wipe my eyes after I cried at how nice they were to me. Hehe.
