5 /5 Demi: Trinity provided me with the best customer service that I will always remember, its very rare to find someone with her ability. She greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, she showed her concern and offered to repair my jewellery that I purchased elsewhere. She also showed me similar styles that were better quality and offered me a great discount. Jess and all the staff are also friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. 1 /5 Ashika Edina Lahri: Went in to try and cutomise this ring to a Natural Dimond SKU 181944 - 953 for my engagement and was looked at with disgust. The lady at the counter didnt try to acknowledge me, she was simply baffled that I was even talking to her in the first place. I wasnt able to find the ring on the website at the time and I asked if she could look it up for me and she was amused that I wanted her to help me find the ring that they already sell but didnt have it at the store at the time. The Chadstone store girls were thankfully, wonderfully helpful so will be placing with them.
