1 /5 Irene Williams: Went in to return a product , lady told me that they dont do returns they could exchange the product even though on the receipt it said if in original packaging you can return and if its in 14 days of purchase Anyways as i was about to exchange the product , then lady told me i was unable to exchange it since its a rule they have and because it was a gift set they couldnt, i find this so silly and i wont be buying from here again Such a waste of money which i couldnt get back , in my opinion go somewhere else of where you can return products Also a little note If you like to look around for stuff around a store i wouldnt recommend here they dont leave you only and keep asking non stop,which may be good for some stores but this was extreme not the good way either. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

1 /5 Sheridan Vu: The girls working did not bother helping or acknowledging us until we requested some assistance. Barely got off her phone. While "assisting" she was not interested and was annoyed we requested some help. She clearly just wanted to get back to her phone and talking to the coworker. Also, mirrors are all over the store, so the hand gestures you make when youre annoyed at customers can be seen very clearly.
