5 /5 Kyha Redman: A truly wonderful experience. We made a few visits into the Knox Holdsworth store to view engagement rings and this is where I fell in love with the Teal Sapphire. On 9/10/2024 my partner proposed in New York City with the most magnificent Teal Sapphire cluster ring. The quality and craftsmanship that has gone into to making my ring is like no other. We are still away, but I cant wait to visit the Knox store to personally thank everyone. I absolutely LOVE my ring. I look forward to working with the team again for our wedding bands.

5 /5 Jan K: I recently decided that I would like to have a ring made with a Ceylon sapphire to compliment my mother’s sapphire ring, which I had had redesigned some years ago. After several visits to other jewellery stores, I decided to look in the very stylish Holdsworth Bros. Knox centre store. I looked carefully at the stunning sapphire rings, but could not see exactly what I had in mind. Sandy came to assist me, asking pertinent questions to ascertain the design I had in mind. I wanted a ring that I could wear each day and later pass on to my granddaughter. It was to be a simple, elegant design, and one that my granddaughter could wear at any age. Sandy carefully guided me, listening attentively, to a ring design that exactly fitted my criteria. She showed me different sapphires, explaining their features and what the process was for having a bespoke ring made at Holdsworth Bros. After some weeks, which included the importation of several choices and a viewing of the detailed drawing with its particular specifications, I collected my gorgeous sapphire ring with a single diamond on each side. However, thanks to the amazing efforts of Jacqui, we managed to find what we were looking for. She guided us through various options available in the store and took time to give us a lot of information about each piece that was shown to us. From selecting a metal, to stone sizes and design, I felt in control at all times in creating this extremely personal piece and heirloom.
