Laura Keßler I received the advent calender very well and consciously packed. With not one but two charming thanks you gifts. The calender is done with much love and consideration, both for ist with the option of nails/thumbnails or simple string to put it up.

Kiera Austin Alan refurbed my Grandmothers engagement ring and created a wedding band to match it. I had an average experience in the past with a different jeweller (who remade my Nan’s ring very poorly). Alan completely restored the ring, I finally fell back in love with it. Would highly recommend Alan - he was patient and explained everything he was going to do so precisely!

Sienna Robson Alan is truly the best! I came in with two rings to be resized and another one to be fixed. Alan offered invaluable advice and even reinforced one of the rings while resizing it to increase its longevity. He resized the other ring perfectly. For the third ring, he suggested that it be remade, and we designed a new ring together to complement the others. Later, I brought him two small diamonds from my mums engagement ring, and he seamlessly incorporated them into the design. The entire process was smooth, and Alan was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend Alan for all your jewellery needs!
