From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely comfortable. There was no rushing, no pressure, and definitely no pushy sales vibe, just genuine care and interest in helping me find something I’d truly love. What I really appreciated was how considered and respectful she was of my taste. She took detailed notes throughout (even noting that I liked hidden halos!) and kept bringing out different options for us to look at, making sure I had plenty of ideas to explore. It honestly felt less like a sales appointment and more like chatting with a friend about rings, which was such a refreshing experience. Kit was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process enjoyable. We were so happy with the experience that we actually purchased the ring on the spot. And I was really impressed that she made sure all the little details I loved were included in my design. Another big plus: being able to watch the jewellers at work in-house. Seeing the craftsmanship up close was mesmerising and gave me even more confidence in the quality of the piece I was choosing. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Kit and the team at Cullen more highly, such a great experience from start to finish. Cant wait to see my ring in November!
