Super friendly, helpful, and explained everything we needed to know, which made the whole experience so much easier. One staff member wasn’t as welcoming, but Kayla’s outstanding service more than made up for it. She’s the reason this deserves 5 stars!

5 /5 Laura Tran: Multiple experiences here has been so pleasant. For my navel piercing today, both my friend and I had Poppy who was so gentle, thorough and efficient with our piercings. She did my belly piercing perfectly, I am in love!!! The placement was exactly in the centre and the needle was basically painless. So glad to have come here as I did before. Would definitely revisit after having Poppy, shes such an amazing piercer with the prettiest pink hair.

1 /5 Jasmine: I went to SkinKandy Highpoint on 15 August for the “2 for $80” piercing promo and was charged $241.95. • I was told aftercare was included, but was charged $31.98 for two sprays. Staff said this was due to “cross-contamination” and told us at the time that we would be given two. If it was compulsory, it should not have been billed separately. • I was told jewellery backs were included, yet I was charged $45 for posts/backings on top of the decorative tops. • I asked for one diamante stud for myself and one pair of opal earrings for my daughter. Instead, my receipt shows four decorative tops. One of them was a CZ top for $29.99 that I never asked for and was never even given. • While my daughter was being pierced, another piercer kept walking in and out of the room chatting casually. This felt unprofessional and inappropriate for what should have been a sterile procedure. I raised this with the store, was told someone would get back to me, but nobody has. When I called again, I was hung up on. This feels deceptive and unprofessional. Customers should not be billed for items they never chose or received, and piercing environments should be treated with care. Please double-check your receipts if you go here.
