Anthony Potter Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie. Laura Mckay My daughter and I went here for a helix and nose piercing last week. Shed been pierced before by Lysander and was really happy with the outcome, he didnt disappoint this time either. He came across as friendly, professional, confident and experienced, my second helix piercing (I went to Skin Kandy last time), what a difference..... less painful already, feels like its healing well, no issues, piercing was pretty painless and quick...very happy. He was very helpful advising on positioning of piercing and knew the stock and what was available. They are very reasonably priced and also have the largest and most varied choice of jewellery I have ever seen..... 100% recommend this place!

Alana Scott I visited on the morning of 10/06/23 to find some rings to replace my wedding band set while I travel to Europe. The staff member who helped me was so persistent in finding something exactly right, and when the rings were all too big for my finger she showed me how to use their clear ring adjusters. Amazing service and I was so happy with the result!
