The necklace was assessed and examined on the spot. It was repaired and cleaned on the day for a very reasonable price. Im thrilled to bits that I will be able to wear it on my sons wedding day and am already planning to have other jewellery repaired here.

5 /5 Maryanne Spiers: We were struggling to find a jeweller who would substantially resize my engagement ring for my impossibly tiny fingers. We were quoted +$4000 by melbourne jewellers who claimed the only way was to completely remake the ring. At that price point, it was slightly cheaper just to buy a new ring :/ !!! In a last ditch effort to salvage the ring, we went to Rachel and thank god we did. $80 for a resize, done in 2 days and 4 months later the ring is still going strong! No loss of stones like the other jewellers claimed. I couldnt recommend Rachel and her business higher; she was a literal ring saver! Well definitely be going back to her for our wedding rings :) Thank you, Rachel!
