tia I love this place so much. There are so many cute crystals, jewelry, clothing, and other trinkets. Its a great place if you want something for yourself, your home, or even gifts for other people. Staff are always welcoming and friendly here. I sometimes even come here when Im on a walk and just want to have a peaceful moment looking at all the pretty things in this store. Shop and support local businesses like this; it is so much more meaningful, not to mention better for our town.

Jem Freeman Ive been wearing my custom Kim Victoria wedding band for ten years this year and I still admire it every day. Its worn and battered from life in the workshop with its perfect transition between gold and silver and that tightly set, single, ethically sourced diamond. The burnishing and wear only makes it more valuable as an object to me. Kim was a delight to work with and absolutely nailed my simple brief of a low profile wedding band with some quirky features that I could safely wear in a workshop environment. Highly recommend. Five bajillion stars.

Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.
