1 /5 iliana ottone: The necklace that I purchased from here broke (which was my fault) so I went back and asked if they could send it off to get fixed at their jeweller, Isabella was the person who my mum and I have been dealing with and she told us everything that was wrong with it and agreed on a price with us to get fixed, we then had problems for a month about this situation as there was no communication, changes of price without notification, rude customer service from Isabella and the necklace being sent back and forth 3 times. I went to go pick it up today after the 3rd time being back there and Isabella told the jeweller to cut it 10 cm short when there was no need for that. On the other hand today I dealt with Kathy and she was lovely and understanding.
