1 /5 Ash Regan: I made a purchased on eBay only for it to arrive smashed into three pieces- damaged during transit (Only one piece of bubble wrap was used and had no tape on it so it fell off the crystal) and “FRAGILE” wasn’t written on the box. Contacted Topsie on eBay didn’t receive a “sorry” just a “oh no what a shame I’ll contact Auspost”. She didn’t reply to my request for a refund for 24 hours so had to go through PayPal. Definitely don’t care about customers or care for how they pack their products.
