1 /5 celia diaz: They treat their employees awfully. When i came into the store a horrendous lady, i think her name was bri, was yelling at her employees and bordeline verbally abusing them. The girls at the store were doing a fine job at talking to us and putting through sales but this lady was being so rude. She kept on bullying them. I am completly disappointed, i never want to shop at lovisa again. If you were a moral person who cared about the bad treatment of innocent human beings you wouldnt shop here either. Its not worth it, get better jewelery from somewhere else.

5 /5 Shayor Hamid: Possibly the most helpful staff in all of Australia, if not the world. Helped me get my earrings out and replaced even when they were stuck. It took a lot of time but they were patient and kind.

1 /5 Stephanie: Ive always loved Lovisa, but this is the first store where Ive been extremely disappointed with the staff. The girls were too busy gossiping, and didnt even notice me at the counter waiting to buy my items. Really need to train your staff especially during Xmas trade, otherwise there will be a lot of unhappy customers.

1 /5 Kristen Irwin: The sterling silver earrings I bought are particularly difficult to put on. The fastening was made by some sick twisted individual who doesnt understand how earrings work. Staff were nice but I wont ever buy earrings from any Lovisa store again because #selfcare.
