Anu Roy Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Store!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this jewellery store. My wife purchased a pair of earrings, but they turned out to be too heavy. When we went back to exchange them, the staff refused, claiming that she had already tried them on. How else was she supposed to know they were too heavy without wearing them?
The manager provided terrible service, repeatedly refusing to help. It was shocking to see how poorly they treat customers over a $200 purchase. Only when I mentioned reporting them to Fair Trade did they reluctantly agree to an exchange—but not without making the process unnecessarily difficult.
I will never return to this store, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. If you are not 100% certain about keeping your purchase, avoid buying from here. Their exchange and return policies are misleading and unreliable.
