Laura Mckay My daughter and I went here for a helix and nose piercing last week. Shed been pierced before by Lysander and was really happy with the outcome, he didnt disappoint this time either. He came across as friendly, professional, confident and experienced, my second helix piercing (I went to Skin Kandy last time), what a difference..... less painful already, feels like its healing well, no issues, piercing was pretty painless and quick...very happy. He was very helpful advising on positioning of piercing and knew the stock and what was available. They are very reasonably priced and also have the largest and most varied choice of jewellery I have ever seen..... 100% recommend this place!

I had an issue with an Elk item purchased at a boutique store who wouldnt help me... Meredith and, in particular Jane, went above and beyond for me and Im so grateful. I highly recommend this store... for beautiful clothing and excellent customer service.

Micaela Griffiths One star is too generous for this store. Products are low quality and yet overpriced. Anything breaks or if its faulty, they will blame you and refuse to do a refund or exchange.
