5 /5 Pimmmyful: Plenty of jewelry shops in Sydney, but none compare to the exceptiona l customer service at this one! The designsre truly stunning and the quality is top-notch. What really stands out is how they treat their customers even after the sale. I accidentally damaged some of my jewelry with chemicals, and they handled everything so compassionately. They took wonderful care of my pieces, and they came back beautiful and shiny as the day I first bought them! I’m so grateful for their support!
