Showcase made it so easy from printing letterhead to a fully completed policy and procedure manual, recruitment, staff training resources even social media content readily available. Then there are the Showcase preferred suppliers, the competitive member discounts and extended payment terms. There is also a great camaraderie between other members, with a shared passion for the jewellery industry, you get a chance to discuss issues and ideas. But perhaps the most helpful aspect has to be the amazing staff and the support they provide. Ive asked them some pretty silly question over the years (Ive been a member for 7 years now) and everyone has always gone above and beyond to help, clarify, or just completely take care of which means I can focus on the important things in by business my customers!

Sean Had walked into this place as it was near my work with my girlfriend just for a bit of fun. Was greeted by Carson who was incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic and upbeat. He knew exactly what to do including test a few different shapes, keep everything light-hearted and fun and then followed up with myself privately with recommendations, sizes and suggestions. I took my time to respond with the occasional text message before deciding to purchase a recommended ring, he was also able to help with suggestions on how to propose and what I should consider.
