1 /5 julia lindner: Item I got was nice but customer service was no existent. Went in 2 times in one week after deciding online what I wanted. Lady barley spoke to us and infact almost seemed annoyed we had interrupted her day. Next time I went back to get item adjusted she was less then nice about it and didnt even help me to measure how much I needed extended. When I said I wasnt sure she made zero efforts to help. I now have a item a drop to big that Ihave no desire to take back. One star because item is nice but I could buy it anywhere else.

5 /5 Lauren Chalk: I had such a good experience today – walked away with exactly what I wanted (and more) and that was hugely due to how helpful, good-humoured and patient the sales assistant was (didn’t catch her name - but I think she’s a Taurus?!) I got the goods but also really enjoyed the experience of shopping in-store which is so rare nowadays isn’t it?

The selection is stunning, with a wide variety of both classic and contemporary designs. The quality of the craftsmanship is top-notch, and I could tell that each item is made with great care and attention to detail. The store itself is beautifully laid out, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling truly valued as a customer, and I cant wait to return for future purchases. Highly recommend
