The gentleman who served me was very patient and professional, looked at everything carefully and was able to tell me what should be valued for insurance purposes. He also cleaned my engagement ring and wedding ring at no expense and seemed to enjoy the stories behind some of the items! The complimentary chocolate was nice too!
