From choosing my engagement ring, to selecting everyday pieces and going-out pieces, every visit has been exceptional. I’m now in the process of designing my wedding band and ring, and I couldn’t be more excited. The customer service at Nader’s is truly unmatched. Everyone is so thoughtful, kind, and genuinely helpful. David is amazing he’s so generous, patient, and always willing to work with pricing and finding the perfect pieces. A very special shoutout to Liz ! she has been absolutely incredible! She is beautiful and soft spoken . Liz has helped me so much throughout my journey and always made sure I left the store happy. She consistently went above and beyond to assist with my selections and made every visit feel easy and enjoyable. All of the staff are just lovely, the most wonderful team of ladies who make you feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend Nader’s Jewellers Store to anyone looking for stunning pieces and the most amazing team behind them. A true gem in Burwood!

1 /5 Bella Davis: Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the customer service we received on 2/7/25. My partner and I are planning on getting engaged soon and want to choose a ring together. We told the woman working there that we were looking at engagement rings and were hoping to try on a few different styles. Though she took the time to show us a few different cuts, it was clear that she didn’t take us seriously. Her demeanour was cold and disinterested, she didn’t make any attempt to explain the features of the rings or the services available, didn’t ask about our style preferences eg metal colour or explain any prices to us, and didn’t introduce herself or make any conversation. We left quickly because we felt like an inconvenience. We’re in our mid-20s and were dressed casually, so maybe she thought we weren’t looking seriously or couldn’t afford anything. This soured what’s meant to be an exciting process, and we left feeling disheartened, embarrassed, and dismissed. We visited other jewellers in Burwood with the same request, and they congratulated us, introduced themselves and made warm conversation, whilst providing expert guidance and asking us in depth questions about our style preferences. Nader should take a leaf out of their book.

5 /5 Coellie V: Sylvana was very helpful and worked with me to stay in my budget. I walked out with a beautiful gift for my wife and I was extremely happy with the quality. I bought a 18k white gold crucifix pendant and chain with 11x .24ct of natural diamonds.
