1 /5 sarahjay84: Very disappointed as product arrived and did not match picture/description of what I ordered. I have sent several follow up emails and have not had any response back. Waste of money and very upset as am not able to afford to re-purchase item that I wanted to celebrate the birth of my twins.

1 /5 Melissa Howden: I ordered a personalised initial necklace and it was received faulty. I informed them through numerous emails attaching photos of the faulty necklace and asked for it to be fixed. To my surprise they couldn’t find a fault with it and sent it back! I wasn’t going to wear a broken necklace so I asked my a full refund and was assured I was going to get reimbursed for my delivery costs I’ve had to pay twice and they’ve failed to refund me the money and stopped answering back to my emails! Such appalling customer service would not recommend this company to anyone. Cheap jewellery that’s over priced!
