On our recent occasion we had both wedding rings cleaned (33 and 3 years old), plus engagement (34 yrs) and eternity ring (21 yrs) cleaned and claws retipped. Beautiful finely done work. Easy to deal with, good communication- clear cost given before going ahead. Got back earlier than expected. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend these jewellers.

5 /5 Diane Humphries: I had been given a very old ring that was tarnished and had a small diamond missing. It was a very unattractive ring. I decided to ask Robert Cliff Jewellers to replace the missing diamond and to resize the ring. The photo show the result. Robert Cliff did a really wonderful job and I actually didn’t think it was my ring! They resized it and tightened up the claws as well as replacing the diamond chip and cleaning the tarnished gold. It looks so beautiful now, it looks brand-new. I really can’t believe the result and it was not expensive to have done. I can’t recommend Robert Cliff Jewellers highly enough, they did a fantastic job and I will get a lot of joy out of wearing this ring.

The 5 star reviews are correct - great customer service & very professional jewelry customization. Will be bringing other pieces of jewelry now to get repaired, knowing I can trust them with caring for my valuable items.
