Alex Stewart I had a Filippo Loreti watch that was water damaged. I’d been into Watches of Switzerland who said they’d need 6 weeks to be able to tell me whether or not they could attempt to fix it. I went into Crown Jewellers after this and spoke to a very nice gentleman there who said he had the replacement movement in stock and would be able to have it fixed in 3 working days. It was ready when promised and back fully functional at a reasonable price. Great service thank you

Ryan Shane Wow. I needed a watch repair urgently and found I live local to ash. I had my wedding on the Saturday and I wanted to wear my grandads watch on the day that hasn’t worked in years. I took it to Ash, his knowledge and care for detail with this family heirloom blew me away and did it right then and there in front of me. All I wanted was a battery change but he replaced the seals, cleaned all the components and got it looking great. We chatted the whole time and it was clear his skills in this dying art is something you can’t get from the little repair shops you see in the big shopping centres. If he didn’t live so close the other review on here nearly would have put me off but extremely happy I went. Highly recommend and already have plans to drop a few more bits and pieces off.
