5 /5 Ree Joyce: Took my near 18 year old son to get a nice ring for his 18th birthday. We went from jewellery shop to jewellery shop. At Prouds Erina, we were served by Tatiana. What a gem of a staff member. She had her finger on the pulse as soon as we described what my son liked. We walked away with 2 rings, casual and dress ring. Thankyou Tatiana, your service was certainly the best at Erina.

1 /5 Okay Four: I’m not usually one to leave a review, but when I went into Prouds Erina planning to make a purchase, the sales employee - that I asked to see a display in the back case that she already had out - rudely denied me and called over another employee. The other employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful, so much so it drove me out of the store. I mustered up the courage to come back again an hour or so later and was immediately met with a dirty look by one of the two employees and I immediately left the store. I’m used to Prouds employees at other stores being disinterested and rude to their customers, but this time it was so out-right I couldn’t even bring myself to stay inside the store. I know what it’s like to work in customer service and how draining it can be. But to take it out on your paying customers, that I assume you get commission from? Disgusting.

5 /5 Nicola Morley: My fiancée and I bought our engagement rings at Prouds Erina Fair. Kim was amazingly helpful when we were changing our minds 1000 times - so patient and good advice. The aftercare was fabulous too as one of our rings needed resizing and she facilitated this and went out of her way to ensure we had the ring back in time for our planned engagement date.

1 /5 Chloe Jensen: I came into the store today and was served by a lady named Sharon. Sharon made it clear that I was not welcome in the store with her snarky attitude even though I was a paying customer. I would recommend that if Sharon approaches you in this store, you walk straight out. Worst customer experience I have ever received considering jewellery is such a happy occasion gift. I went to Michael Hill instead and they were lovely so I ended up purchasing from there.
