5 /5 Chelsea Rosee15: Was served by a lovely staff member with red hair on Tuesday. I was searching for a bracelet for a gift and she was so incredibly helpful in finding one that suited what I was after. Highly recommend this staff member.

1 /5 Elizabeth M: Selfish people who just want to get the most money out of you possible. They don’t care about their customers, they only care about making profit. Went in and got a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary(cost $100) it didn’t fit him so i just bought him a second gift from there because i wanted him to have a gift on our anniversary and didn’t want him to have to wait, where i told the lady the situation (NOT ONCE DID SHE MENTION THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND THE PREVIOUS ONE) and i told her i didn’t want to spend over $150. She then proceeds to sell me one that’s like $250 or something and tells me to get it cheaper i have to buy something else to get 30% off (at this point i didn’t know it was over my budget) so i pick out some cheap random earrings and end up spending $200 even though i told her $150. THEN when i go to return the first one because now ive spent another $200 and would like my original $100 back where they tell me no refunds and is completely rude to me the whole time (the one black hair with dyed ends). So i’ve spent $300 in total where i originally wanted to spend $100 and now im stuck with store credit to a store i never want to step foot in again? Like my bad for not exchanging the first one before the second BECAUSE IM A GOOD PERSON AND MADE SURE MY BOYFRIEND HAS SOMETHING FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY

1 /5 Shannon Kelly: Dont shop here! I bought a watch for my son. It was not the one he saw advertised at goldmark Erina as it wasnt in stock. I was told I could return the one I purchased by the sales agent if he didnt like it. The watch was too big for my sons arm so we returned to swap it but he didnt like any they had so I asked for the refund. Instead they offered me a store credit. $300 for what? I dont want to buy jewellery! If it were clothes perhaps we could understand but to force people to buy decorative items that are of no use? Staff said the returns policy was in the receipt but I had to purchase the watch to find out, at which point its too late anyway right? Perhaps one is expected to read the 19 yo sales assistants mind? They refused to return my money. With no responsibility to the misinformation I was given. I reached out to head office and they also refused to return my money. Dont shop here!!! Staff lie, advertised products are not on shelves and there is a no no care and no responsibility business model.
