1 /5 Elizabeth M: Selfish people who just want to get the most money out of you possible. They don’t care about their customers, they only care about making profit. Went in and got a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary(cost $100) it didn’t fit him so i just bought him a second gift from there because i wanted him to have a gift on our anniversary and didn’t want him to have to wait, where i told the lady the situation (NOT ONCE DID SHE MENTION THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND THE PREVIOUS ONE) and i told her i didn’t want to spend over $150. She then proceeds to sell me one that’s like $250 or something and tells me to get it cheaper i have to buy something else to get 30% off (at this point i didn’t know it was over my budget) so i pick out some cheap random earrings and end up spending $200 even though i told her $150. THEN when i go to return the first one because now ive spent another $200 and would like my original $100 back where they tell me no refunds and is completely rude to me the whole time (the one black hair with dyed ends). So i’ve spent $300 in total where i originally wanted to spend $100 and now im stuck with store credit to a store i never want to step foot in again? Like my bad for not exchanging the first one before the second BECAUSE IM A GOOD PERSON AND MADE SURE MY BOYFRIEND HAS SOMETHING FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY
