Claudia K Jeanette’s classes/workshops are amazing! More than what I expected. Whether you are someone who just wants to make a one off piece of jewellery, or would like to pursue further – These classes are perfect. Jeanette is wonderful teacher whom is extremely informative and patient. Her knowledge is extensive, and you come away with a lot more knowledge about different techniques than what is written in her class outline. Added bonus is being able to learn while on the beautiful Montsalvat grounds. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to learn from Jeanette and I seriously can’t rave highly enough about her classes/workshops.

Audrey Abbott Hayley made my custom wedding band for me. Absolutely blown away with how gorgeous it is, she really nailed the brief! Such a great experience going in and talking through the design together to now having the piece in my hands. Will be recommending her to everyone. Thank you Hayley!

Evripides Kouspos Id like to call out Eleanor for her excellent service. We took my daughters broken earrings into the store to be repaired, but we didnt have a receipt as they were a Christmas gift. Eleanor advised that they could be repaired or replaced as long as we had a receipt. The following week we went back into the store with a receipt from their Doncaster store. Rather then giving us the run around, sending the earrings for repairs, and waiting 6 weeks etc Eleanor and the team (I believe the Regional Manager was there) replaced them at no extra charge. This is a perfect example of common sense customer service and moving forward Ill definitely be purchasing from Saleras Chadstone.
