sobia sarfraz One of the staff, named Belinda, was extremely rude. The surprising bit was she was very friendly and all smiles with customer she was serving but with me she was the opposite!! My child is special and he started running around. I told her he wont understand if I tell him to stop and I will be leaving the store. She gave me a really unpleasant look! So disappointed and never going into Prouds at Point Cook centre!
