1 /5 sobia sarfraz: One of the staff, named Belinda, was extremely rude. The surprising bit was she was very friendly and all smiles with customer she was serving but with me she was the opposite!! My child is special and he started running around. I told her he wont understand if I tell him to stop and I will be leaving the store. She gave me a really unpleasant look! So disappointed and never going into Prouds at Point Cook centre!

1 /5 Jay Maheta: I hope manager reads this and take some actions to train the staff on first basic aspect of "greeting customers". Walked in Saturday morning in a hope to buy a watch, two of the staff would barely look up to acknowledge me and they were basically looking at the desk. If you dont want to be there serving customers, stay home!!!

5 /5 Jess Clayton: My husband bought a Christmas gift for me with Proud online. I unfortunately, didnt really like it and we decided to walk into this branch and ask about exchanging it. We spoke to Sarah and she was so polite and helpful and made it clear that we could exchange with no issues whatsoever. We were then served by Lauren who was also very helpful to show us their range. We ended up not only exchanging but also buying more! Typical wife behaviour! Thanks again Sarah and Lauren!

5 /5 Bianca Ruleska: Recently I came into the Prouds store looking for a bracelet. The lovely staff exceeded my expectations. The staff, specifically the young girl Bella and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly. Bella guided me through multiple styles until we found the one that I liked. She was extremely supportive and listened intently to my request. Helen pitched in to also recommend a few styles. The two were so lovely and warm in their customer service. Definitely the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Prouds Point Cook!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
