1 /5 sobia sarfraz: One of the staff, named Belinda, was extremely rude. The surprising bit was she was very friendly and all smiles with customer she was serving but with me she was the opposite!! My child is special and he started running around. I told her he wont understand if I tell him to stop and I will be leaving the store. She gave me a really unpleasant look! So disappointed and never going into Prouds at Point Cook centre!

Walked in Saturday morning in a hope to buy a watch, two of the staff would barely look up to acknowledge me and they were basically looking at the desk. If you dont want to be there serving customers, stay home!!!

We spoke to Sarah and she was so polite and helpful and made it clear that we could exchange with no issues whatsoever. We were then served by Lauren who was also very helpful to show us their range. We ended up not only exchanging but also buying more! Typical wife behaviour! Thanks again Sarah and Lauren!

The staff, specifically the young girl Bella and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly. Bella guided me through multiple styles until we found the one that I liked. She was extremely supportive and listened intently to my request. Helen pitched in to also recommend a few styles. The two were so lovely and warm in their customer service. Definitely the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Prouds Point Cook!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kartik Singh Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else. Would highly recommend Torres if you are looking for an engagement right - they are just great guys, truly care about their customers and making sure they get it right, and ensure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
