J K I booked Tina’s last appointment for the weekend and was really desperate for some pampering. My natural nails are crooked and not well taken care of but that all changed with Tina’s service. I did not book for extensions but decided on a whim to get it, Tina accommodated my request and ensured I get my nail design as I want it. She’s great to talk to and it’s a comfy place to hang out solo with her. She pays great attention to detail and also tries to get my preferred colour for the next appointment so she can stock up on it. She’s awesome, must visit for some self-pampering!

Daniel Weston I’m really disappointed with my experience at Aus Skincare Clinics in Epping. I booked my appointment a week in advance and paid the $50 deposit to secure it. Then, just one hour before my scheduled time, they called to cancel. If the situation were reversed and I cancelled with such short notice, I’d be charged a fee — yet they cancelled on me with no real accountability or offer to make it right. On top of that, I was pressured during the call to re-book, even though I had chosen that time because it suited my availability. Now I’ve missed out on the treatment I booked in for, and with a function coming up, I had no time to arrange an alternative. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Cancellations happen, but this was handled poorly and without consideration for the customer.

Olga Calella Always runs to time. Lovely atmosphere, explains the different levels of Electrolosis so you pick the sensitivity barrier you think you can tolerate. This is the best solution to eventual, permanent hair removal. Lovely waiting room too.

Kiran Sidhu I been to this place to get my nails done few days ago as It was near and was very disappointed with the service. The technician didn’t bother to clean up my cuticles or even measure the size of my nails properly. She did my nails in hurry and very rough while shaping the nails, and the top layer of the finishing is already peeling off after just 2-3 days. Maybe the products they using are cheap quality, It looks completely unprofessional and not worth the money I spent. The staff really need to learn more about proper nail care and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Cat Burke Came in today to have colour taken off and redone. No big deal, however in removing my previous colour the gym drilled so deal he trimmed my actual nails really short and misshaped my acrylic extensions. Then the lady that did the next step over snapped trying to cover it up. Cutting me with the file. When I asked about the mishaps she blamed the previous nail salon, however I have photos of before and after which clearly shows the poor workman ship was done at the shop, not by my previous nail tech. I’ve given 2 stars because they didn’t do an awful job, but I wouldn’t come back.

It was my first time at their salon and they all treated me with respect, kindness and felt cared for. My nail artist was very gentle and all three of the artists attended me one at a time with no time wastage. She fully understood my nail design I wanted, and I am so happy with my set of nails. There was no rush, best customer service, always made sure I was happy with my shape and colours chosen. The prices are so reasonable and the discount was helpful. Jessica Vaz Update: after receiving a reply here I sent the requested information on the same day to their email. It’s been a week since and I never heard anything back from them. $24.95 for putting back a Daith piercing that fell off seems a bit outrageous. I have come in, and asked if they would help me putting it back on. They said yes, the lady took me in and she was nice and polite (young girl). We didn’t discuss prices before and I was under the impression it would be between $5 to $10 as that’s the price I have paid before. When I came out, I asked the girl who put the piercing back on for me, she didn’t know the price so she went off to ask the another girl, she came back and they charged me $24.95. If I knew it would be that price I wouldn’t probably get it done it in there. Everyone I have mentioned the price I was charged were also in disbelief. So for that reason, I wouldn’t go back. After writing this review, I went on the website and I have seen to get a daith piercing done is $66. So 1/3 of the price for the service I have received it’s not worth it. My piercing is likely to come out again, as it has already happened before but even though I work in the Epping plaza and going to this place is convenient I would rather drive somewhere else.

Czarina Parian I have had my brows waxed here plenty of times before, however i will not be returning as I had my skin waxed off. While the lady was nice, she tried to blame it on "sensitive skin". In reality, they just try to rush through and dont really care for safety precautions. I regret paying for the "service"

It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality. ItsMandyyy I’ve been coming here about 8 months now and found the perfect specialist Lexi who is amazing at her job. Just recently I had to wait about 5 weeks for a wax, because it was around Easter time which is fine and understandable to get in with a good specialist like Lexi. Fast forward I walk in and get told I’m booked with somebody else for a Brazillian appointment. I don’t particularly want somebody else doing my Brazillian as it is an intimate service, but I needed a wax. The fact that nobody notified me earlier is ridiculous. After the wax: there is hair where I got my Brazillian, and little wax pieces that I have to go home and pull off one by one. I also got my legs done, I would rather get laser but can’t because my hair is a lighter colour. My usual specialist goes over multiple times with wax on my Brazillian and my legs, as the service entails hair removal, I wouldn’t want to be left with hair, right? Well I’m wrong apparently because there is still so much hair and wax spots all over me. I have no idea what her name was, she was nice enough but I was still annoyed. Then I was informed that a Brazillian does not include the butt, and that she did not have time to perform this part. Leg usually also includes the feet which she did not complete either. I stared in the room for ages really angry because I’m going out, wanted to be smooth, paid 140+, no results. Thoughts?

Niko Muzza They want deposit, which is supposed to be 1/2 the full amount, $140, which is total $280, a few weeks prior too booking, then on day of booking, pay the extra 1/2 & more claims its not in the package, you have to wait a long time due to they have a time limit per client & payment over the phone & in person was very bad, bad communication & to get a full refund they dont want you to return, everything is at the head office. So they will not put the money back in your card or give you cash back. Go elsewhere, been getting waxed for 8 years different locations but never -$400, always $250, everything included, males & females, that do it, Bad communication i felt very uncomfortable, lessioning to the ladies chat in other rooms. I nearly lost conciousness everytime I go there, trying to not think of what there doing to me Bad communication meaning extras, like extra money. & claims they do face & head massage then they dont admit anything, I have proof of everything

The Instagram account served as the means of confirmation. But they abruptly cancelled on me without warning. I repeatedly attempted to contact them but was unable to do so, and my phone was blocked. Fortunately, no deposit was required at the time of reservation. Never book with Dauntless Beauty. They treat customers the worst.
