My Doctor by the name of Dr. Jenny Lei and have my broken tooth treated. I couldnt be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into her surgery room, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr Jenny Lei was not only highly professional but also incredibly gentle and thorough in her work. She explained every step clearly, ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and the outcome was fantastic. So I booked in with her for the following 2 weeks. But to my knowledge , I was referring to another Dr? Dr. Jenny Lei is an asset to the company, As due to her outstanding surgery done to my broken tooth. Milanello100 I had to bring my 8 year old son in for tooth pain and removal of a tooth at 7:30pm one evening. Was a last minute appointment and they took him in straight away. Reception and the dentist made everything work smoothly and without fuss. The dentist removed the tooth without my son even knowing it was happening. He was very good with my son as was his dental nurse. Highly recommend this dental clinic. Very professional and helpful.

Vince Lew Dr Jonathan Rooke is a good bloke and hes very experienced in what he does. The dentist I go to has even praised the types of appliances used here ( permanent bonded retainers & removable retainers) I just think MOG is a great location for Orthodontics given that they use Damon braces ( no elastic ligatures).

Steve I went for my 6 month check up there, drove to the rear car park, only one car was there, walked into reception & another new receptionist was there. She asked me, "did i received a call saying that my regular dentist has left to another clinic", i said "no i just got a text message stating if i was to attend my appointment on that day". She was the only person in the clinic & the dentist just arrived into the car park, to me it looks like all staff & customers have left also. I found it totally disgusting & very unprofessional in the way this company treated me & also the last company they took over from, did exactly the same thing, with the dentist taking of and not told anything. For me thats it, been treated like GARBAGE, i found a dentist in my local area & joined them & they said, "that they will show more duty of care" & there prices where cheaper also.

Milena Milosevic I was overcharged for my consultation with Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim, a prosthodontist. Initially, I was told the consultation fee would be $150, but at the end of the session, I was charged $200 because the prosthodontist extended the session and showed me unnecessary information about other patients. Additionally, the quoted price for dental work was inconsistent. I do not recommend Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim.

Shakila Khan I have never encountered a more rude and incompetent receptionist in my life than the one at [Dentists Office]. She is the epitome of unprofessionalism, treating patients with outright disdain and making what should be a simple process an absolute nightmare. She is unhelpful, condescending, and seems to go out of her way to make things difficult. Its clear she has no idea how to do her job properly, let alone provide even a semblance of decent customer service. Her attitude alone is enough to make me never set foot in that office again. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs!

During my recent interaction with the receptionist on , I was met with an attitude that was both condescending and dismissive. Her conduct suggested a grossly inflated sense of self-importance, operating under the delusion that her duties supersede the importance of anyone else’s time or needs. This offensive behavior is not only unwarranted but also deeply insulting to clients who expect and deserve respect and courtesy. The receptionist’s demeanor is an affront to professional standards and reflects a significant deficiency in the values that should be upheld by your organization. Her assumption that she alone is burdened with responsibilities, while the rest of the world is free to wait indefinitely for her convenience, is both arrogant and unacceptable. Such egregious behavior warrants immediate and stringent corrective action. It is imperative that the individual in question be held accountable for her actions, and that measures be implemented to prevent any recurrence of such disgraceful conduct. Failure to address this issue promptly and effectively would constitute a severe lapse in the management and oversight of your staff.

Kathleen B Ive known and seen Dr Bien since I was in high school. My mum was a dental nurse and they worked together for years but we always saw Vincent as our family dentist. He is very reassuring and gentle (helped me through a panic attack when getting a wisdom tooth out in the chair). Now that Ive got a family of my own, we all go to see him. Please dont retire any time soon!!

Maria Ulas An absolute disgrace of a dentist. Kept my elderly dad waiting over 5 months for dentures! My dad has put his whole life on hold only to be strung along, insulted, made to feel like a second class citizen by Kevin and his entire team! Going back and forth every two weeks with no results since March. Finally went in today (11 August) thinking he was finally able to have his teeth finished, only to be told that Kevin had not done anything since he was last in and that he now cant do them…. and he wants to give my fathers voucher back! he even had audacity to tell my father that private patients get more priority! My dads been made to feel like a second class citizen and completely humiliated! The staff even hung up the phone on my dad yesterday when he called asking to find out how far his teeth were! Poorly qualified in both dentistry and compassion. I am also writing to the Regulation Agency as these guys need to be investigated for such poor service! My advice is stay away!!!!!

Kothaine K My experience with this certain dentist was not satisfactory. He directed me to his wife when I specifically went to be treated by him. His wife did a root canal treatment and it was not properly done as it resulted in the breakage of my teeth. So I went back and told my situation after the treatment in a couple of month and I said what happened. He said that it was all my fault, and that the causation was due to biting bones, however I told him I was a vegetarian. So he changed his statement for the situation, resulting in eating nuts. He refused to fix it as he put the blame on me, then I had no choice and I paid over $400 to get treated. He put a copper-like belt around that broken tooth and filled it. Recently that copper-like belt came out and fortunately I didnt swallow it and half of the root canal came out and resulted in having a hole in my teeth. The outcome was that I am unable to eat with the left side on my teeth. Now Im eating with my right hand side, living with pain currently.

H Wick I had gone to Dr. Douglas to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Douglas was highly experienced and explained the process and post surgery treatment well. The practise located on Heatherton rd, dandenong is very clean with ample seating in the reception area and parking out the back. Would definitely recommend anyone from the area, to come here.
