1 /5 Steve: I went for my 6 month check up there, drove to the rear car park, only one car was there, walked into reception & another new receptionist was there. She asked me, "did i received a call saying that my regular dentist has left to another clinic", i said "no i just got a text message stating if i was to attend my appointment on that day". She was the only person in the clinic & the dentist just arrived into the car park, to me it looks like all staff & customers have left also. I found it totally disgusting & very unprofessional in the way this company treated me & also the last company they took over from, did exactly the same thing, with the dentist taking of and not told anything. For me thats it, been treated like GARBAGE, i found a dentist in my local area & joined them & they said, "that they will show more duty of care" & there prices where cheaper also.
