Aus RAYMOND To the Management of E Dentist at Dandenong Branch. I recently visited Your Dandenong Branch for the first time. I was so welcome by the receptionist by the name of Ashlee. My Doctor by the name of Dr. Jenny Lei and have my broken tooth treated. I couldnt be happier with the results. From the moment I walked into her surgery room, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr Jenny Lei was not only highly professional but also incredibly gentle and thorough in her work. She explained every step clearly, ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and the outcome was fantastic. So I booked in with her for the following 2 weeks. But to my knowledge , I was referring to another Dr? Dr. Jenny Lei is an asset to the company, As due to her outstanding surgery done to my broken tooth. I will recommend her to my friends and relatives for any dentistry work to be done? I hope I can book her for my next appointment on the 1st of May 2025.Regards, Raymond Yong

For my surprise I didn’t even have tooth pain after the root canal treatment. Very skill full and amazing doctor. Very affordable treatment options. Dr. Lakshmi was incredibly professional and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was spotless and well equipped. Nefize Musoska Dr Neda is the most caring dentist,and such a perfectionist. I highly recommend her, Ive been coming here for quite a few years now,she truly cares for her patients. Also Nada the receptionist is very friendly and sweet,the whole team are amazing.

Steve I went for my 6 month check up there, drove to the rear car park, only one car was there, walked into reception & another new receptionist was there. She asked me, "did i received a call saying that my regular dentist has left to another clinic", i said "no i just got a text message stating if i was to attend my appointment on that day". She was the only person in the clinic & the dentist just arrived into the car park, to me it looks like all staff & customers have left also. I found it totally disgusting & very unprofessional in the way this company treated me & also the last company they took over from, did exactly the same thing, with the dentist taking of and not told anything. For me thats it, been treated like GARBAGE, i found a dentist in my local area & joined them & they said, "that they will show more duty of care" & there prices where cheaper also.
