Alexia An abysmal experience from the moment I stepped into this store. I had called ahead to confirm they had a bangle sizer available and could assist with resizing. I explained that I had received a bangle from overseas that needed to be soldered smaller, and I intended to use their services for this. As I was unaware of my exact size, I also wished to have it measured for future purchases. Upon arrival, I was met with an unwelcoming and condescending attitude from the older female staff member. Rather than offering a simple courtesy, she interrogated me about why I wanted to measure my bangle, dismissed my explanation, and proceeded to snatch the sizer from my hand in an abrupt and unprofessional manner. The entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile and lacked the basic professionalism one would expect from a jeweller of this calibre. I left with the distinct impression that I was being judged purely on appearance based off my age and presumed not to be a “serious” customer. In an area renowned for high standards, this level of service was frankly appalling. I will not be returning, nor recommending this store.

Blake Rosenberg Fantastic service! Cant recommend enough! Walked in off the street for a polish of two rings, both quite heavily scratched, one platinum, one gold. He was super friendly, very accommodating, *super* quick turnaround and very reasonably priced. Furthermore he did a truly fantastic job. Even better than we were expecting, they looked like new. We were blown away by the finish. We wont bother going anywhere else in future. Thank you!

I had previously gone to a different jewellers when the other gemstone had fallen out of the ring, but this time was completely different — everything was done so much better, he even fixed the mistake and poor job of he previous jeweller. The finish and polish of the ring were flawless, the gemstone was beautifully set, and the price was so worth it. I couldn’t be happier with the result and will definitely be returning for all my jewellery needs.
