Connie Santoro Ive been coming here a few times now and always book in and get my hair cut and styled by JASMINE. Shes so friendly and accommodating and makes me feel so comfortable. JASMINE gives me recommendations and does an outstanding job with my hair. She never rushes through and takes such care all along speaking with me and making sure Im happy with the result in which makes me leave there happy every single time. Im glad I found her and I wouldnt go anywhere else now. All the other hairdressers also seem friendly and greet me when I enter the salon. I got a wash and blow wave , she did such an amazing job as always . each one of them listen and give advice for hair , I had both my daughters get a haircut the ladies were so kind and helpful. I had a really upsetting experience about a month ago with my hair and was in desperate need to get it fixed. I came to the shop in tears and they reassured me that they would be able to help me which they did, they calmed me down and helped me out they went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and I appreciated it so much!!

Christina Modaffari The justice league for hair !! I’ve come to this store many times over the last few years for high quality hair supplies and hair advice! The amount of times I’ve had a hair emergency or a salon trip gone rogue, I’ve had this amazing store to come to literally save the day (for me anyway). Especially today, I had one of the worst hair damages and I decided to go here to get some maintenance products to repair, but I also got amazing guidance and advice. One of the issues I had with my hair I asked what product would help heal it, and they said to not use a product- they explained the natural healing process and could’ve sold me a product that would’ve worsened my condition but instead told me the truth. Of course I left with 6 products, because yes I needed them- but even if I didn’t, I would’ve bought things just to show my appreciation. It’s incredible to see businesses who geneuienly give a sh* about their customers. I am so grateful for the consistent (over many years) good quality products and customer care- today it just hit me next level which is why I had to write this. To the team, Matthew and Roberta (who I interacted with today) you guys are amazing. I’m currently writing this as I enjoy a hair mask and I already feel better.

LUREN GALLERY 19/3/2021 update I thought the shop would not reply to me about my refund request. However, after I talked to John on the phone, we happily discussed the issue; I waited for him to ask his boss to grant for a refund and Voila! My problem is resolved. I was not happy with the shopping experience because I assumed they didnt want to deal with my problem. But I was wrong. The misunderstanding started after I called twice but couldnt get John on the phone. Later on, I found out I did not call during his shift, so I jumped to the conclusion based on my lack of patience. I have to say that I jumped to a conclusion too quickly and didnt give the shop a response time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This shop is verbally convincing me to agreeing swapping into another product, which I received and is completly different to the one I am after. FIrst, the sells might be named John, didnt show me a picture and didnt sent me a email confirming the swap. Secondly, the postage cost was free for the last product and suddenly increased to 29 for this swapped product. Which seems like he just didnt want to refund the price difference. Do not buy from this website, only go there in person to specifically ask for the one you want. Terribly experience, people should know.

Payel Gayen Heart of Epping! It has all the essential shops. You can find Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Big W in one place. But the only concern is that there are not many restaurant options available. You can only find a few Chinese restaurants and bakeries. Plenty of parking space is available just outside the mall.

Pat Ch They have it all! I love Epping for groceries or for shopping in general. The staff are great, the parking areas are pretty good (it does tend to get busy) They have improved and added so many new stores as well, hunter gatherer is a big plus! When I go to Epping, I don’t need to go anywhere else.

Chayce Castles Sadly i need to warn people my 4 year old daughter was nearly taken 100% this guy had intentions to take her, the plaza was clean tidy and had lots of things for kids to do was a lovely shopping centre and the security gard that help was amazing. Iam just warning other to becareful. My daughter was having a melt down i had her in her pram strapped in i was letting her calm down while I was as I was abit upset as well, this is why I think the guy target me, he thought I was not paying attention to my child. My child was wheeling her pram around she can spin it around while in it. She wheeled a little bit in front of me I could see her the man said is she ok your daughter she is pretty why she crying. I said she just having a melt down and we just sitting to calm down. He said I can get her what ever she likes, iam on the facetime with my wife my daughter just died. I got up and wheeled the pram closer to me rocking it back and forward, I said to the guy iam sorry to hear, he said it again I apologised again for his loss and sorry but I need to sort myself and my daughter out, at this moment my daughter managed to get out of her buckles and pram runs off near the chair in-between me and the guy. I ask her to come to me as I am not chasing her. She had a big day was up at 6 traveling. I then realised this man is recording my daughter. I get up and put my hand in front of the camera no dont film my daughter moves closer to him thinking I am chasing her the guy is now taking photos I again say stop your not aloud I get a hold of my daughter and he leans in towards her and me with his hand out telling her to come. I carry her off and get a security gard. He has been banned from the shopping centre. We where near the nail shop and reject shop

Aleesh Zaidi Just started to buy products from here about a month ago and my skin has already started to clear up. I got some of their tea tree stuff for my acne and I have started to see an improvement in my skin. After the new year I plan to go back to buy something for the scars. From my experience, the products and items at The Body Shop have worked much better for me than those dermatologist recommended stuff that they sell at the clinics or pharmacies. The staff are also wonderful and their products worked like magic for my oily skin~! And because they use natural and began stuff in their products, my skin isnt reacting (like how it normally does when I buy skincare items or products from other places). Ive never had such little acne before (well, I used to have clear skin when I was young but that was ages ago). I would indeed recommend and suggest this place to other people

Yuvani Thanawala Went to buy a foundation and Rachel was fantastic. I have no idea how to use most make up products but Rachel made it so easy and was a massive help. We picked out the right colour (warm brown) in under 5 minutes and she helped me with the application process. I thought I didnt like foundation - other foundations have been too light but this was great in terms of coverage, weight and colour. I got super lucky - product was 5 dollars. I have been a fan of body shop for a while but this was a great shopping and service experience. Thank you Rachel :)

D G Staff are so so helpful here. The foundation I normally buy was replaced with another line but they took the time to help me find a shade in the new line that would match and a new concealer as well. The girl that helped me was so kind and patient, and the manager really friendly as well. Theyve also got a fantastic range of products. Usually I buy body shop products online but Ill definitely start going into this store instead !

Rebecca Amiridis I recently visited the clinic for the first time this week and had an excellent experience. During my consultation, I was informed that, due to the medication I am taking, I would need a doctors certificate to undergo laser treatment. This requirement was beyond the clinics control as it is part of their policy. Although I was initially stressed about potentially having to postpone the treatment to another day due to childcare arrangements, the staff assured me that they would accommodate my needs. Ultimately, I was able to obtain an exemption from the manager. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding. The practitioner who treated me made me feel very comfortable and engaged me in conversation throughout the treatment to ease any nervousness I was experiencing. The treatment was thoroughly explained, and overall, I had a very positive experience. One suggestion for improvement would be for the company to inform clients at the time of booking that a medical certificate might be required and suggest to see a GP beforehand.This would prevent any delays and allow clients to obtain the necessary note from their GP regarding photosensitivity beforehand. However, this does not reflect on the store itself, as the staff were exceptional. Many thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Ozlem Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have been visiting here for sometime, so a returning customer. Lately I have had issues booking my treatment via their website and tried to contact several of their clinics to do so, was put on hold to wait in ‘line’ to speak to someone so I can book an appointment. The phone will drop each time. I then tried to call a different clinic (Epping) same issues. Finally thought I was being scammed as I just couldn’t get a hold of anyone and finally called their head office in Sydney, only to be treated like I was lying to them or making up. The girl on the phone treated me like I was dumb, I sent them an email asking for a refund of my package because this sort of service is just not acceptable. Due to their poor service my laser is overdue, causing it not work. In saying that I have had maybe 9-10 sessions with these guys and still was not getting 90% results. She was happy to book me but treated me so poorly via email and phone that I now will take this matter to consumer affairs or ombudsman to get a refund for my package. Beware definitely do not recommend this place.

Ripnaz kaur ⸻ I would like to share my disappointing experience with the staff at the Results Clinic located in Epping Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, on two separate occasions, I found the staff to be unhelpful and more focused on operating at their own convenience rather than providing proper service. During my first visit, despite making an online booking, I was told upon arrival that I would need to book another session in order for the appointment to proceed. Although frustrating, I followed the instruction and got it sorted. However, the same issue occurred again six weeks later. My appointment was scheduled for 5:15 PM, but I received a call from the clinic requesting if we could come at 5:00 PM instead. We agreed and made every effort to arrive early but were delayed slightly due to traffic and arrived at 5:10 PM. Upon arrival, the staff informed us that they couldn’t proceed because there was a “glitch” in the system and the appointment hadn’t been booked properly. They were clearly more eager to close the clinic early than assist us, even though we were only five minutes past the time they had requested. This repeated inconvenience and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made to both customer service and appointment management

Izzy K I am soo disappointed. For starters everyone working there had horrible communication and a horrible attitude. I told them that I just want to change my colour nails as my wedding is this Sunday. I showed them what I wanted and they said yes they can do it. Few minutes, I notice it looks nothing like the picture they said they had pearl coat and she’s putting sparkles I said no I don’t like that. I got angry at this because if you don’t have pearl or chrome then don’t say you can do it. Then I give up and tell her to just do French. They did the lines so bad it looks like a child did them. When I told them the lines are wonky they smudged all the white left streaks I told them that they’re are streaks and they’re huffing and puffing. like if they had done their job right I wouldn’t have kept pestering them. And then they charged me extra for their mistakes! Even the girl next to me wasn’t happy with her nails. The worst experience for my bridal nails. Horrible service I hope you get shut down.

Natalie Murphy Every single one of my nails is a different length and different shape. So disappointed. I was disappointed here last time but I thought it was a one off. Nail tech kept smacking my hand and shaking her head at me when I’d wince when my skin was nicked. Gross. Please avoid

Kiralee Connor While the nails themselves are alright (very thick I must say) my cuticles were left bloody and extremely sore. The older lady that did them filed and drilled for well over an hour, going over and over the same areas until they bled, the thumb in particular is still extremely sore and raw 3 days later. As youve seen recommended under every negative review I emailed their website first and no reply. Not only was I cut multiple times, I was quoted $95 if I wanted French tips which is nowhere in their price listing? Personally I think the lady just didnt want to? Plenty of much better salons in the area.

Which has already improved the texture of my hair. Looking forward to my next appointment, which I dont mind who I book it in with. I always leave the salon with a big smile on my face. shivani h saini Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff clearly lacks basic communication skills and professionalism. Completely unacceptable and nonsensical behavior – they have no idea how to talk to customers. Terrible customer service. The lady was rude and ill-mannered, acting like she was doing me a favor instead of providing a service. If you’re spending your money, do yourself a favor and find another place for haircuts. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers.

Kate Sheridan Feeling very distressed following my appointment. Waited at least half an hour whilst other clients were being taken. I was told that it was because the stylist that does short hair is busy, but there was another stylist who had done my short hair before that was not working (possibly on break, but they did take another client at some point whilst I was still waiting). Blending was poorly done and the haircut is overall unlike my reference. Despite asking repeatedly for blending, my hair has now been taken too far up at the back and the lines are far too sharp. Layers were done unevenly. Hairdryer was too close to my head at times. The music in the salon was loud, which made communication with the stylist difficult. Its possible that I miscommunicated the way I wanted the back of my hair to look as my photos didnt contain a photo of the back, but its is seriously unblended despite asking for that but I appreciate the effort taken to attempt to do so. The stylist was at least friendly and asked some questions to get to know me better. Despite precious experiences here being positive, I am not coming back. Very unhappy with my haircut and feeling less confident than when I walked in. I am leaving a one star review as this experience was comparably much worse than previous visits.

Sue Mina Went to Best cuts Epping to try them out as I was very unhappy with my previous hairdresser. I’m so glad I tried them out. The hairdresser took the time to listen to me and what I wanted. Manisha Pathak I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. The hairstylist was extremely rough with my hair, causing me pain and discomfort throughout the process. My entire head was hurting by the time she was done, and I felt so heavy afterward. I liked the haircut but the process felt really disappointing. Not only was she harsh, but she was also quite rude. Her long nails kept touching my face, which was very uncomfortable, and I felt like scratching the area because of it. The overall service was unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Iniya inbakaran the experience was alright.not the best but not the worst. this is a pic of my nails after a month but they are still in pretty good condition. it also depends on what type of nails u get and how well u take care of them. my friend recommended this salon. although one of my other friends went here and got very chunky and uneven nails.

Alyssa Mohamad I’m usually a regular at this salon, but after tonight’s experience I am not. I walked in at 6:30pm, I just wanted a simple refill with an ombré design and a TOUCH of glitter , I had photos and showed multiple of the nail techs. I was not seen until 7:10pm, mind you there were only like 3 other customers, one being my friend - they kept telling me “won’t be long” - if you cannot handle the amount of walks in/book ins, fix the schedule or knock people back ??? The lady doing my nails was so slow and was shaking constantly, she didn’t seem to know what she was doing - by the time she started the design part it was 8:00pm - I was absolutely exhausted, frustrated and upset , I wanted to shop and run other errands but due to the slack of this salon I was not able to do so. When she started the design she did it wrong and kept looking confused when I was showing and explaining it to her - so instead I asked for a simple colour with chrome. I wanted a nice white chrome yet they gave me the most hideous peach chrome I’ve ever seen - it had been 2 hours at this point. The shape, the colour, the process … I was so unhappy with it all; I’ve had my nails done here before and they just rush rush rush… I was so clearly unhappy and the owner charged me full price … $75.00 for a REFILL , no apologies, nothing … she also had her robe on??? Unprofessional !!!! and mind you my friend got a NEW SET for $80.00? How does that make sense? I paid and walked away and went back after 5 minutes as I was just so upset and they had closed their doors for the night - I wanted to go back to change the colour … but in all honesty I would’ve asked for a refund, I’ll never be going back. Lucky the wonder salon BEYOND NAILS took me in at 8:40pm - fixed the shape and gave me a white finish… Never. Ever. Coming. Back. neither are all my family and friends who used your service. Chloe **Reposting my review as over a week ago I was told to send an email in a reply to my original review which I did and still nothing has been done not even a reply They reply to your reviews just to shut everybody up and make them feel good about themselves** Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do NOT Waste Your Money!! I have been getting my nails done for years, and I have NEVER experienced anything this bad. I paid $40 for a shellac manicure that looks like my 2 year old cousin did it uneven, lumpy, and already chipping and peeling. I don’t understand how this salon is still in business. To make things worse, I’ve called over 10 times, and not once has anyone answered. The phone just rings out no voicemail, no response, nothing. The customer service is absolutely nonexistent. Now, on top of wasting my money here, I’ve had to go to another salon and pay AGAIN to fix their mess 4 hours before a wedding! Completely unnecessary stress and bullshit that I didn’t need. If you care about your money and your time DO NOT come here. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

I am not satisfied with the result of the cut and trim and also how she polished it as there is still a bit of nails unpainted.

liana Whitling I am not happy with the outcome. I tried to be nice and be greatful but upon close inspection when the product was finished the nails arent even aligned to my natural nails, they are very thick and despite me asking for a darker shade of pink over top, I was given another coating and dip and can still see the tips under the coats of sns. Some nails are rounded and some are squared, some nails longer than others and some French tips are thicker than others. Did not clean all the product from under the tips either. A pointy drill bit quickly filed under along side the nail would have neatened that up. Was not worth $80, and also I felt very weird paying via pay ID rather than by card, does not seem legit at all.
