The results are impressive, and they even offer a good quality complimentary brush. The staff is friendly, and the pricing is competitive. However, the application process could be a bit gentler for a better overall experience. Definitely worth a try for beautiful lashes!

Nina M Will not be coming back here. I booked 3x microneedling sessions and got reactions after each session and it badly clogged my pores due to the trauma. I have never had this type of treatment done to my skin. Called up after each session to ask for some advice and followed exactly what they said, avoided my skincare for weeks after. I got someone different each time I went in for my treatment so I had to explain every time what had been happening. For my third session I said to the girl I’m a bit nervous to do this again because my skin has closed comodones all over my face and it’s not improving (4 weeks later). She told me that this would help get rid of it. Turns out my skin barrier is completely damaged from too much intensity from these treatments and I had to go back into the clinic to show them how bad my skin now is for them to recommend products to use moving forward meaning more money. Nobody goes to a skin clinic needing to then fix their skin and repair it from the treatment that’s been done. You offer general advice post treatments but not actually listening to someone’s individual concerns about their skin and what’s happening to it. Very annoyed i spent that amount of money walking away a lot worse, no compensation whatsoever. I have never experienced such a poor customer experience.

Kayleigh Halford So glad I found this salon. I had a facial from Elsa and it was the most luxurious experience. I’ve been getting facials for many many years but Elsa has the magic touch. The owner, Steph asks for feedback and really takes it on board to improve their service and continue to craft their already excellent skills. You can tell a lot about a business if you go to them with a problem and they handle it professionally and respectfully. I have had eye treatments from both Steph and Elsa and they were so gentle and no stinging. I also have had a 60 minute massage from Elsa and it was out of this world, never wanted it to end. You can really tell Elsa has a true passion for what she does and it shows in every touch. She is so friendly, calming and creates a relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait to book in for my next because these are the best treatments I’ve ever had.

Vanessa Vong I made an appointment with Andee after suffering excruciating sharp pain in my back, so much so I was in tears. She did two sessions of treatment of radio frequency on my back mixed with a massage and there is now no pain. I couldn’t recommend her services any more. Andee is amazing at what she does and has such a warm and welcoming presence. She always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Alex Studio is beautiful & very clean. Was made very comfortable during my services. Unfortunately my skin soaked in the tint giving raccoon eyes for a moment,but my tech was super honest and transparent about this & we were able to fix it in no time. Appreciated the honesty she had with me, as it was no fault of her own, but showed she truly cared and took pride in her work.

I have been going to the salon for over a year for lash lifts and recently had a lift that wasnt done correctly. I didnt want to complain but another technician noted this during my next brow appointment and she organised for the owner to follow up with me and they offered me a free service without me needing to say anything. I was really really grateful but also super impressed by how amazing the customer service is and how dedicated the owner is to the success of her business. But the tan itself is hardly visible. I got it done the day before flying out to Bali, asked for a dark tan and I was still extremely fair. Very disappointed sitting around the pool here in Bali. I followed all post care and follow up instructions exactly. I will not return.

Tess P Had such a great experience getting lip filler here. Place looks absolutely gorgeous as you walk in. My injector Emma was just so lovely, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was patient and thorough. I’m two days post injection and as you can see my lips are healing so well with very little bruising, no hardness, lumps and bumps (as I have experienced in the past with another clinic). Loving my results. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Sheree Mitchell Unfortunately they didn’t live up to the ‘exceptional service’ they say they offer on their website. 30 minutes prior to appointment (and 1 day before) I received a phone call confirming my appointment. When I arrived I waited for 15 minutes outside a locked door. When I called at my appointment time I was told they could not attend to me today. No apology for me driving there. So I received no service at all. Would give 0 stars if I could. Now trying to get a refund.
