Gemma Ferdinands I took my 8 y/o daughter to Essential Beauty in Frankston today, where we had a really wonderful experience. We had previously attempted to get her ears pierced at a different salon, which was unsuccessful due to my daughters severe anxiety. Today, Molly was so calming, patient and reassuring with her. She spent a lot of time talking to her about everything she was doing and did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. The salon is stunning, they take pride in their environment and their work. The recliners are the most comfiest I’ve been on! I was so relaxed I fell asleep. The ladies provide amazing service.
