Monty Earl I cant recommend Dr. Tran Nguyen enough! Shes super friendly and knows her stuff, making every visit enjoyable. The clinic has a cute play area with toys for toddlers, which is a lifesaver for parents. Even though its a one-hour drive for us, its totally worth it for the excellent care we receive.

PS I had an extremely pleasant experience at this clinic. The staff are very friendly and warm. Dr. Emily was patient and professional. I appreciate that she explains her every step which helps ease your anxiety. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

S. S. This was our first visit to this newly opened clinic in Tullamarine. Our first impression was what a clean, bright and professional clinic this is. All the staff were very warm and friendly and Dr Pow certainly gave me a very thorough check up and a comprehensive report. She explained beforehand any procedure she was going to perform which certainly took away any surprises and anxieties. We will certainly return.

Nhan Ly It was my first time at the clinic. I came for a clean and whitening. Dr. Pow and her staff were very welcoming and explained everything to me in great detail. Karen Chen I saw Dr Tony 2 weeks ago for my wisdom teeth extraction. I was honestly so anxious for the appointment but it is as the reviews say. I was in good hands and didnt have anything to worry about. Throughout the appointment, I was explained what they would be doing from start to finish. I had my scans done in a different clinic but didnt follow through given my lower tooth was a little complicated. Believe me i researched for good dental clinics for peace of mind etc. I used the messaging system and got a response really quickly and then appointment booked with all my enquiries answered. When I was exiting the clinic, I was also advised that if there was any further issues to message through as they access it even after hours. Ive waited 2 weeks before giving this review as I wanted to see how I went with recovery post procedure etc. It has been uneventful which is the best thing ever and definitely deserving of an acknowledgement of good service/skills. I felt safe and assured throughout this whole experience.

Florie Doll I highly recommend Croydon Central Dental. They have the latest modern technology, which amazed me. The ladies at the reception are lovely and efficient, constantly reminding us about our yearly check-ups. The doctors are very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. Dr. Tony was my dentist, and he listened to my concerns. I had one tooth implant done two years ago and was quite scared about the procedure. However, Dr. Tony provided reassurance and explained the steps, making it easier and resulting in a great outcome. The doctors here are also excellent with kids; my son has always had a great experience at this clinic. We consistently receive outstanding service here. I’ve even recommended this clinic to a coworker, and they have expressed their satisfaction with the services as well.

I always found the professionalism of the dentists to be second to none.My daughter now takes her family there as she trusts the care she continues to receive. We love the new premises, so clean, modern ensuring strict adherence to the latest high sanitisation and comfort.for patients. Being an ex dental nurse I take it all in. The attention to detail, is wonderful, like my daughter appreciated the stress ball to ease some anxiety she was feeling at having a procedure some months back. For myself, I was so grateful following a long crown appointment; struggling with back discomfort, I was given time to stretch and a bean bag placed at the base of my back, which made all the difference( by Dr Jonathan Luk). For the last couple of years I have been seeing Jonathon Luk and I find him to be gentle, calm and he has wonderful communication skills, and constantly reassures you.

Jason Lo Ricco Great location, I see Dr Andrew, who is by far the best dentist I have been too, he is very patient even though I always fear the dentist trips as most people do. He is clear and to the point and gets the job done with no pain. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Waiting room is clean with a 42 inch TV to entertain while waiting. Speaking of TV’s they even have one in the patient rooms while you are getting worked on (that’s a big tick) Only one small gripe is the car park could be a tad bigger, have to do a 3 point turn to get in and out.

Caleb Laird-Smith If you’re like me and dead scared of the dentist, this is the place for you. This is the best experience I’ve ever had for my teeth. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and the dental staff are super kind and supportive when you’re having your dental work done. The dentist explained everything to me on what they’re doing and how to better look after my teeth/jaw. So if you’re a nervous-nelly, come to this dentist as you’re in lovely hands and you get to listen to soothing instrumental music and watch beautiful scenery on the TV while they help you.

Jinghan Xia Beautiful facilities with very nice waiting room including TVs, hot drinks, indoor and outdoor play space for kids (toddler didn’t want to leave). TVs on ceiling of every checkup room. Staff very friendly. Two year old saw Amy for his first two dental appointments and she was great at putting him at ease, letting him sit on mum’s lap, keeping it short and sweet, giving him a little “prize” at the end each time. We were impressed that she remembered us us the second time. Easy parking appreciated too.

suzie n a few years ago, i was referred to Dr Devin Ong to start my journey with adult braces. the results and my new smile have literally changed my life and i cant thank him, the assistants and the reception staff enough for everything you have all done for me! every visit i was always well informed of my next steps, and we hit every single date with ease (and they were off in the time frame that was suggested to me at commencement date). Dr Ong is always speedy and meticulous, and his assistants offered me many valuable pieces of advice that i still use now when going to my regular dental appointments. just felt like giving a shoutout to you all! if youre ready to take the braces step for yourself or someone you know, there is no better team than here =]

Jacqui Paul Dr Schwartzs communication started out friendly enough but he failed to deliver on his time frame with my sons plate. We were told it would take 9 to 12months for the procedure. Every visit we were told that he was waiting for my son to grow. (How long is a piece of string?) After 2 years of this happening we requested that the plate be removed. On our last visit he made us feel like he was doing us a favour to remove it even though we had requested this to be done. He didnt give my son any after-care advice when he removed the plate. He just moved on to the next patient without saying a word. We both felt dismissed. Sorry but thats quite unprofessional in my opinion.

Weaps Comm Both of our daughters haver been receiving orthodontic treatment from Devin Ong. My youngest daughters case was quite complicated, and has taken just over two years. There were a number of challenges that needed to be addressed. Today her braces were removed and the outcome is AMAZING. The work Devin and his team have undertaken has been transformative and we could not be more happier with the result. Devins approach is fabulous, completely patient focused and he is very strategic in his planning and delivery of outcomes. We could not recommend Devin Ong and Designer Orthodontics any more highly. Our daughter cannot stop smiling and will now have photos taken again, something she has been very reluctant to do until today. We cannot thank Devin enough, nor can we recommend him and his team any more highly!

CatNip We saw Dr Devin Ong regarding orthodontic treatment for a preteen who has significant anxiety about the dentist. He and his dental assistant were both great and explained everything. Feeling confident about moving forward with this orthodontic practice based on our first appointment.

Naiomie Beveridge I attend Dr Chris Cain’s practice every 6 months for a checkup and clean, I have done so for many years. I’ve always found him to be very thorough, gentle and happy to explain everything in detail before we decide on the best option for me. The understanding and supportive staff will always get me in that same day, or within a day or two for a non urgent appointment. I found the later evenings or Saturday morning appointments handy as I work full time. Experienced and friendly staff that are great with nervous people, and children make it easy to come back. I highly recommend Dr Chris and his team, to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the local Croydon area. Five stars for Croydon Dental Group.

Sonjah I’m sorry but this place is pathetic, would give no stars if I could. I attended after a friend referred me. The first time I went I struggled finding the place, I called them multiple times to ask of there whereabouts and no one answered. After eventually finding the place myself, I had to wait 1/2 an hour AFTER my appointment time as the dentists and assistants had a good laugh in the staff room. Once I was casually invited into the room I explained my concerns, of which Dr Glenda Harris then told me to book another appointment in two weeks for a routine clean. I then tried to book an appointment in two weeks but everything was fully booked (not sure how considering the service I received). After waiting a month, I arrive to my next appointment on time ready for a routine clean. Again, I had to wait, this time for 20 minutes. While I was waiting, a lady came in after me, yet somehow she got seen by Glenda before me? There was no explanation by the receptionist OR Glenda as to why she went in before me. At this point I was ready to leave the clinic and never come back, but some hope still remained. After a 10 minute appointment with Dr Harris she sat me up in the chair and said “book another appointment in the next coming weeks for a routine clean”. I was so confused as this is what I attended today for. How disorganised and unprofessional. It should not be a clients job to remind you of why they are attending the appointment. I will never be attending this place again, nor will I be recommending to anyone.

Angela McWiggan I recently attended the Croydon Family Dentist Clinic where I saw Dr Glenda Harris. Dr Harris was very professional, gentle and caring in her approach and explained everything that she was doing. Like many people going to the dentist has not always been a pleasurable experience, however Dr Harris reassured me throughout the entire appointment and I would highly recommend her, especially to people that are really nervous when going to the dentist.
