Hayley Gallery Kate is so professional, and this has been the most comfortable application of lashes I have ever experienced. Kate went above and beyond to answer my concerns as I previously ( 10 years ago) had a reaction and the application by Kate was timely, gentle and I have had no issues with my full volume curl lashes. Thank you Kate you have a customer for life in me. five stars :) PS the bed is so comfortable with a mattress layer that is contoured to your back. She really knows what she’s doing, my skin feels amazing and the massage was incredible. Not just token like you get in some facials when the mask is on. The spa is very luxurious and uses great products. I’ve already booked to see Natalie again soon!

Hannah Phan I showed the stylist photos of the design I wanted for my daughter and asked about the price beforehand. I was told there were two options: $85 and $90. We chose the $90 option. However, when they finished, they charged me $95, claiming it was because it looks different — something I had already mentioned when we first entered the shop. At no point during the appointment did they inform me of any changes to the price. This is unprofessional and completely lacks transparency. I will never return

From our first appointment to now, Skye has consistently delivered exceptional service. She takes the time to discuss what you want and shares her expert opinions. She helped me find the perfect hair colour for my skin tone and expertly blended my grey hair. This time, I also got a haircut tailored to my style, and it looks fantastic. Shes an absolute pleasure to deal with, and shes going to be my hairstylist forever

Kahu Te Whatu Purchased this product used once and brought back because the bottle is not user friendly to squeeze even after leaving inverted for use. Poor design of the bottle. Asked for a credit or any other product that can be used easily. But I was told to run it under hot water prior to use which is not a solution to poor design choice and was notified that they would not receive credit from reps unless I was allergic. Left the product with them. The other solution was to email the company directly taking more of my time with no solution. As a stockist who sells a brand this is poor handling. Just lost a household of women with hair down to our hips as me and my family will not be purchasing from here in the future

Sharon Westwick I was recommended by my hairdresser to go to Hairhouse to purchase hair colour as they will colour match. The older woman behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending and of no help at all! I hope that she realizes that her rudeness impacts others! Kindness is free!
