Mixy Pixy If I could give this place a 0 I would. I thought I would try this place because they had great reviews. The nail technician was Thanh and I went in for builder gel. It started off well, she appeared to be experienced. Once she applied the coloured builder gel she advised me that she would put a top coat on. I told her that she had to file the nails down because they were lumpy (lumpy was an understatement). This was the start of the end. She started to get very annoyed and rude when I started pointing out the defects. At one stage she even rolled her eyes at me when I repeatedly told her that my index finger was crooked. At one stage I could tell she was so annoyed I said to her ”if I’m going to pay for something it needs to be right.” In the end I walked out with lumpy, uneven, flat, crooked nails and flooded cuticles (which will cause the nails to lift in time. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to sit there for another hour so she could fix them because I was on my lunch break and quite frankly I didn’t want to continue to argue with her. Worst experience at a nail salon yet and I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

J L L Cloudy nails is my go to! Thanh is amazing at what she does and I always leave the salon happy with my nails. I usually give her a photo of what Im after and she replicates it so well. Fair prices and always friendly to me and my sister whenever she goes too. Highly recommend this place. I go for the quality of the nails but I stay loyal because of how lovely she is ☺️

R Brown regular client for over a year now, last three sets by Mia and she always kills it.. has me leaving so happy every time! Never hurt my cuticles, never messed up the shape, never had an infection or anything. These sets last me longer than anywhere else, and can be refilled for months without lifting. Cannot recommend these ladies enough (especially Mia), I trust them to pick the colour for me at this point and i’ll probably still come back here for my wedding day nails one day also tip your nail tech, it hurts their arms filing them this sharp ;)

Zarah Barclay Although she kind of did a good job my nail tech was rough and rude my nails do not look the best they are bumpy and dented on some nails, I got these done as a sixteenth birthday present yesterday as my party is today and they are bumpy the bottom of them are matte and a weird colour while the rest is red and shiny to say Im disappointed doesnt even cut it Im so upset with my nails and it has just ruined my whole sweet sixteenth birthday experience. The lady also got gel polish on my skin when I told her I was allergic and now my skin has been itchy and sore all night and day and she also cut my skin with the drill.

Linda-Jane Knowles Rude, ignored by front desk. Again whilst sitting waiting. Person doing mani pedi was impatient. Telling me quick quick. I’m recovering from a fractured foot. Then complained when I said a French Manicure. ALL spoke in LOUD voices in their language for most of the time I was there, ignoring customers completely. NEVER going back. Even though you ARE busy… customer treatment was one of the worst experiences to date. I came from a very positive atmosphere to that depressing place. I wanted to walk out. It was terrible. Hint: mani pedis are a treat and meant to be enjoyable.

Mirna Luczyk You call to ask how much a service will be and then you verify the cost when you enter the store to which they confirm. After doing the work they apologise for making an error and want to charge extra for the service. It is not about the money but the principle. They expected me to pay more than I was quoted, which I did but that is bad customer service. At least honour the price you quote someone for the visit and then put your price up next time. Wont be returning!

Mitchell Lewis The workers are very good at what they do, but as of recent, if the person that is answering a phone call is of Indian descent, they are not very helpful at all. I ask a question and I just get a “no” and the conversation stops there. No inquiring if the service has been done by someone who works there, which in my case it has been multiple times. Get someone else to answer the phone or you just drive away potential customers without even knowing. Thank you for letting me know!

Sharon Macrae I went in with a photo and Video of exactly what I wanted and came out with a disgusting lopsided bowl cut. If you arent capable of doing a style I should have been informed prior to you picking up the scissors. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. I could have stuck a bowl on my head and got my grandson to cut around it with his craft scissors. I wish this would enable photos to be posted here of my distressing outcome. Wheres the 30 yrs experience ? Truly distraught. NEVER AGAIN !

E & K Building Maintenace I have been getting my haircuts by Trish at Hairpower ever since they opened up in the Gladstone Park shopping centre. Trish and the girls do a great job. Would recommend to anyone.
