1 /5 Sonjah: I’m sorry but this place is pathetic, would give no stars if I could. I attended after a friend referred me. The first time I went I struggled finding the place, I called them multiple times to ask of there whereabouts and no one answered. After eventually finding the place myself, I had to wait 1/2 an hour AFTER my appointment time as the dentists and assistants had a good laugh in the staff room. Once I was casually invited into the room I explained my concerns, of which Dr Glenda Harris then told me to book another appointment in two weeks for a routine clean. I then tried to book an appointment in two weeks but everything was fully booked (not sure how considering the service I received). After waiting a month, I arrive to my next appointment on time ready for a routine clean. Again, I had to wait, this time for 20 minutes. While I was waiting, a lady came in after me, yet somehow she got seen by Glenda before me? There was no explanation by the receptionist OR Glenda as to why she went in before me. At this point I was ready to leave the clinic and never come back, but some hope still remained. After a 10 minute appointment with Dr Harris she sat me up in the chair and said “book another appointment in the next coming weeks for a routine clean”. I was so confused as this is what I attended today for. How disorganised and unprofessional. It should not be a clients job to remind you of why they are attending the appointment. I will never be attending this place again, nor will I be recommending to anyone.

5 /5 Angela McWiggan: I recently attended the Croydon Family Dentist Clinic where I saw Dr Glenda Harris. Dr Harris was very professional, gentle and caring in her approach and explained everything that she was doing. Like many people going to the dentist has not always been a pleasurable experience, however Dr Harris reassured me throughout the entire appointment and I would highly recommend her, especially to people that are really nervous when going to the dentist.

5 /5 Clair White: I’ve been seeing Dr Glenda Harris for over 20 years and even though I now live an hour away, I’ll be a patient of this practice as long as she is there! Always really gentle and caring, as is all of the staff I’ve ever interacted with here. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

5 /5 Bobby A: I asked a local prosthetic maker who sees a lot of dentists work if he could recommend a dentist. He told me Dr Dom was the best around. Dr Dom has been nothing but warm and concerned with me as a patient, I would recommend him to anybody.
