He is very patient, knowledgeable and explains things very well. The physical therapy program and dry needling he provided me with assisted greatly with my recovery. Highly recommended.

Camille See My husband’s treatment seemed to be going well until his 5th visit early this week. He wasn’t told about the effects of medication that was used on his foot. A few hours after his visit he had extreme pain and couldn’t drive. This eventually became a blister. A quick search of this online showed this is what’s expected of the medication, but he wasn’t even told this while he was there. My husband has since called the clinic twice, left a voicemail, and even sent a text message, but has not heard back. It has been 5 days and he still cannot walk properly nor drive. He couldn’t go to work this week because of this. Isn’t it standard practice to let your patient know of effects and provide a care plan for pain management? I am so disappointed with the level of care and lack of communication from this practice.

Aba kindly takes the time to explain each step of any procedure he is performing, which really helps put you at ease from any anxiety or worry that you may have. He is always happy to answer and explain any questions regarding after care and how to prevent re occurring issues. I highly recommend this service.

Hair dresser is always friendly and manages to remember my specific hair cut every time (including a fade, and the lengths I normally get it cut). She has good attention to detail, and to top it off, her haircuts are at a good affordable price.

Janine Kocjancic Dee is a wonderful hairdresser. Great with colour and hairstyling. I used Dee to style my hair for my sons wedding and I looked amazing and received many great comments. I have had Dee as my hairdresser now for 5 years and I have recommended her to my friends who are very happy too.

Drop Release Dee is very friendly, and gives a great professional cut. I have come early to a cut and watched her performing styling on another client and saw that she spends a lot of attention to detail. Very good price and location.

Leahs Take Good shopping mall with both kmart and Coles, plus some other great retail stores. Convenient and well-rounded!

Amy Warren Staff are friendly and have a great memory for regulars. Steak sandwich is delicious along with the chips. The eggs are always good to perfection. Lovely sitting area too, inside the mall with bathrooms not too far away. You dont have to wait long for your order either. Would recommend this cafe to anyone.

Navin Very convenient location on the main road, right next to Brimbank Aquatic Center, having 4 good Coffee options in it, and few fast food joints nearby. Has Aldi, Coles, Liquorland, Reject Store, Kmart, Fresh Veggies, Cedar Bakery, Grilling Greek, Zambaro, Burgerlove, Bakers Light, new Sushi Sushi, Pharmacy and Home Decor and Clothing Stores.

Jade Formosa My partner has been going here for years with no problems, but recently the cuts have been really inconsistent and he’s been leaving unhappy. He’s not a complainer, so he just puts a hat on and deals with the poor haircuts. Today was the last straw though. The cut he left with literally looked like a bowl cut (see attached). The bowl must have been an old mangled one too, because it wasn’t even straight - it was all over the place. We went straight to another barber who fixed it thank god, so ended up being a $90 haircut all up. Will not return or recommend and suggest training your staff!

Aleksander Rebula I visit this place relatively often because it’s nearby, but today was my last time. I’m usually laid-back and don’t make a fuss over mistakes, but today was the final straw. This pattern has happened far too many times: unprofessional, arrogant staff who glance at a photo of the haircut you want, nod with a dismissive “yes, yes,” and then completely ignore your request. They answer personal phone calls mid-cut, leaving you sitting there with your haircut half-finished—no courtesy of even excusing themselves. They chat among themselves while working, making comments in their own language, laughing, and even mocking you. Almost every visit, I’ve had to remind them to finish drying my hair. You practically have to beg them to apply product, and they never follow instructions. Today, they left my hair wet again and flopping to the side, so I had to ask again to dry the hair fully for the product to apply it myself. The service is embarrassing, the atmosphere awkward. I strongly recommend avoiding this place—it’s been like this for years. Oh, BTW, obviously, the goal was to get me out of the chair ASAP. The guy spent maybe 10 minutes, and you could see he could not be bothered. I understand it was Saturday lunchtime, but this same attitude happens at any time.
