Sharon Chadwick First time with cosmetic tattooing and unsure what to expect but Jaime was so professional and knowledgeable that I put myself in her hands. The final result after a week of healing is beyond amazing. The colour Jaime selected and the type of brow was exceptional and it’s perfect for my face type and colouring. The best advice is to go in as a blank canvas be confident and let Jaime do her work. Highly skilled and such a perfectionist. AMAZING!!

Eliza Otte Amazing service, exceptional staff and very reasonable prices. Such a lovely and comfortable atmosphere. Laura knows hair and does such a great job of making me look and feel 110%. I now even travel from regional Victoria just to see her! Highly recommend!

Helena Barriga Worst place ever. All I wanted was to take my nail polish off waited for 40 minutes to then be served by someone that was not even looking to what she was doing. Place was packed and still accepting people that have to wait for a long time to be served. AVOID. If you want the service to be done in a rush and in a very unprofessional way this is the place After 40 minutes left with my nail looking like the pictures I paid 20 dollars for this !

Vizr _08 Poor Quality Hair products & Worst Customer service Had the worst customer service experience ever in life, the guy did permanent rebonding on my hair when it was supposed to be just Keratin. All hair became brittle and wrinkled badly, the scalp was severely itchy, and started to break from roots, instantly after the treatment. He applied too much cream on the hair and left it for too long, Ended up in losing 2/3rd of the overall hair thickness and all hair line disappeared, The hair is damaged from roots as its breaking even with slightest touch, combing and showering. It is dead from the ends and having too many split ends. Hair is all bending in various directions and tangled badly, looks dull and dead and severely damaged. then when i went to complain he would not listen at all, never accepted his mistake and was very rude and arrogant, Worst product quality coupled with worst customer service experience. Fought so much to get 75% of my money back but still ended up in losing almost three years of hair growth -approx. 24inches of length Now stuck with thin and fragile hair that is falling from roots and looking dull n dead. Need another three years to recover full hair thickness and length. The skin of the scalp is extremely itchy, irritated and has started to peel off, making it feel like dandruff. Would never recommend anyone to go to this salon. Specially for any hair treatment that involves use of chemicals on hair. I was told to wait for 21 days and everything will b alright, but after 25 days my hair is still falling very badly, the scalp is still itchy and roots are still damaged. The hair is not only falling but unable to comb, roots r like sheep hair, every time i comb, dry black powder comes out and tiny bits of damaged hair all over the sink and floor. Worst ever experience, of my life with any hair salon. Never going back again to this place.

Emily Chadwick Just had an amazing experience with Paria! She not only gave me the perfect haircut, but the colour she chose is absolutely stunning. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, and the result is beyond what I imagined. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a fresh look and great style!

Melissa Kerlin Its incredible how every one of these awful express salons manage to blame the customer every time something goes wrong. The lady who was using the drill to remove my SNS burnt me 4 times. Apparently it must be because of my "thin nails". I get my nails done every 4 weeks, it never hurts if done by a competent nail tech. This salon was absolutely filthy. I was there for 1 hour and 40 minutes. My nails are way too thick. The only positive thing I have to say is that they were shaped nicely. I only went here as I couldnt make it to my usual place. I would never go here again. Avoid!
