An absolute angel, excellent service, and hairdressing skills...She is an absolute marvel...her wonderful daughter Julie also works with her sometimes with avant- garde hair expertise, and her granddaughter is a beautician working at the same address. Get there as soon as you can, you will not be disappointed

Kelly was approachable, knowledgeable, and prioritized a comfortable experience for her client over a sale. The Carbon Laser Facial I had is already noticeably effective, and with minimal discomfort, along side quality supportive skincare, is a blessing. The aesthetic of the establishment has brilliant attention to detail, and felt very customer focused. Exceptional customer experience.

Ella Nguyen Skin treatment is good but only downside is one of the staff who performed my treatment was quite pushy with sales to buy their products. I couldn’t have a relaxing skin treatment for that whole hour after a long day. Would be better if questions/ recommendations were made after the treatment? not whilst I have a hard face mask on and still have to respond to their sales questions.

Claudia Giarrusso I had a fabulous experience at Empowering Beauty in Alphington. Staff were super friendly and accommodating especially when I arrived. My therapist Kellie was really calm and explained exactly what my treatment involved. I had the Lymphatic Drainage Massage & Sauna. I felt invigorated when I finished. I will definitely return.

Nately did an amazing job on my nails—she was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The salon has such a relaxing vibe, and the added bonus of good coffee makes it even better. Highly recommend Nately if you’re looking for quality service and a little pampering!

Hasti Lak It’s been over 8 months since I discovered Nailology, and I couldn’t be happier! The service is always amazing, the coffee is nice, and the whole experience is absolutely worth the money. Ella Nguyen Recently had my first visit to do manicure and pedicure. Had Natalie do my finger nails and another lady did nail art on my feet. I love my finger nails but very unhappy with the nail art on my feet. Especially it lasts longer on the feet than finger nails so I don’t want to be stuck with that. I’ll have to return and get it redone but I will request for Natalie. Even my friends told me my the nail art on my feet looks like a child scribbling.
