The girl who works here is lovely, I turned up for an appointment but there was a note near her entrance apologizing to me that she had an emergency, she texted me later that night and I arranged an appointment for the next day, when I pulled out my purse she absolutely refused to be paid, I was very surprised, I would have been happy to pay her without a 2nd thought about it!!

She was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to understand the look I was after. The lashes look natural yet beautifully full, and the whole experience was so relaxing and our meaningful conversation was another level. Rossalina is such a nice person inside and out warm, kind, and genuinely caring. From now on, I will always be going to her for my lashes. Emma I received a lash lift and tint at the end of December. After the service was complete i was left with dark glue / something sticky stuck to all of my lashes. There was also no lift at all once I opened my eyes to look. Once I got home I had to remove all the glue and it pulled out my lashes in the process. I thought maybe they would improve over time but after 24 hours my lashes still looked the same. After an hour and $80 it’s very disappointing that nothing changes, if anything made my lashes worse. I’ve tried emailing but i’ve received no response.

Palak Zarah Been coming for a while, however, this is the 3rd time where my eyebrows have been messed up by the same lady. And not just me, but other people I know have said the same thing. She has no care into threading when the place isn’t even busy and doesn’t fully clean my eyebrows, making it seem like she just wants to get the job quickly. She breaks the hair instead of pulling out the actual hair follicle, leaving me with a stubble finish. I have been to many eyebrow threading places, and they always ensure that they take their time in threading, leaving me with a clean and even finish on both sides. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here. Never coming to this place again.

I have been calling wrong place for days left message on there phone..they dont answer calls or return then as I spoke to the receptionist its not dr Nafiye clinic. Smart using same name similar I would say to gain customers but giving elita a bad name

The other staff members were friendly too, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service. Im absolutely thrilled with my nails.

Juriza Castillo Got my nails done today, I’ve been going here for awhile and I am disappointed at the service I just had. The lady cut my skin and was bleeding and she didn’t even realize. During the service she was also getting annoyed at Me cause I kept telling her that it was crooked but she insisted it wasn’t. I wish refund system was a thing it wasn’t worth 90$

Mrs Fane This is the worst nail salon Ive been to, Ive never been there before but it wasnt busy when I was walking past and I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and manicure but it was just the opposite. The young lady who done my pedicure was rough, and everything she done was with no care at all, their towels had stains on them, floor was filthy, my feet felt worse after than before I walked in, I also got a rash and major pain in my toe after leaving there. The older lady that done my manicure was just as bad, she made my finger bleed and then kept wiping it with the same cotton ball that she was wiping all my other nails with, I told her that was unhygienic but she didnt seem to understand me and kept wiping with the same bloody cotton ball. I asked for my nails to be rounded, I dont think she understood that either. I will definitely not be going anywhere near this nail salon ever again.

Anne Gan Terrible quality of nail polish unless it was the workmanship. I literally got my nails done yesterday at 10am for my overseas trip (leaving Australia last night) and two nails have chipped. I am on holiday and not using my hands for working or anything that would do this hence my previous comment about quality and workmanship. Feeling very disappointed and ripped off, especially as I am already on my trip with two nails chipped. Ive been here before with one of your regular customers (who recommended this place) and my nails were amazing then so Ive had a good experience before.

Manal Asfour I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the service was terrible. The nail technicians seemed uninterested and rushed through the job, which resulted in a sloppy and uneven manicure. To make matters worse, the prices were ridiculously high for the quality of service provided. I expected at least decent results for the amount I was charged, but I left feeling completely ripped off. The salon itself was also not very clean, and the tools didn’t appear to be properly sanitized. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other nail salons that offer better service, better prices, and a much more pleasant experience. Save your money and go elsewhere!
