Tracey Carlton ANXIETY. The Last time (20yrs) ago I went to the dentist, I was kneeled on ,held down to get the tooth out. So you can understand why I was a little anxious about going, even if it was just for a filling. Things have changed so much in 20 yrs. Its incredible what they can do. I opted to also have the gas, this completely relaxed me,and allowed my body to relax. Today I saw Peter, step by step he explained what he was doing, checked in on me every step he did. Although still nervous, hes changed my views, I dont dislike him. Peter was INCREDIBLE. Im sure tonight when everything wears off ,I may feel different, but I can happily say I Survived. And I even rebooked. Thank you to your team Peter ,you were all caring, and made me feel at ease, one step at a time. Sunbury dental house,you get my vote for being the best !

Mardi Anderson Hadnt been to the dentist for a long time. The staff were so welcoming and Peter made me feel so relaxed. He was professional and explained every step along the way. But Ive got to say, in all honesty Vineyard Dental Sunbury were great! Dr. Rafeek Zaki (Dr. Raf) was great! He explained the whole process and gave me his honest opinion. He was patient, caring and even though the appointment went over and into his lunch break he ensured my needs were met (I hope you got your burrito) but I trust Dr. Raf and am so glad that I got the help I needed.

Swati solanki What a fantastic clinic with just as amazing staff from receptionist to Dr Raf and Dr Silvia . Took my 4 year old for a tooth extraction that was quoted $2000 somewhere else as I was told it can’t be done in a chair. When I visited Dr Raf for a second opinion he said it can be surely done in a chair. They made my son and us so comfortable and was done under 40 mins. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Staahri They were absolutely fantastic, injected me with metal spikes, drills and saws, finished off with plier technique. Very authentic torture experience, highly recommend this dentist team. Look at me! I walked out alive! Jokes aside, they are a very calm, understanding team that were very receptive to any additional pain that appeared as we were starting. No complications and by the time Id finished counting backwards from 1000 in lots of 7 it was over.

Louise Guerin After hearing good things about this dentist, I recommended that my elderly father make an appointment. Two staff on reception laughed at him when he couldn’t remember his mobile number (he has some cognitive decline). Needless to say he didn’t want to make an appointment after that and neither will the rest of our family. I’d suggest your staff undergo some basic training on how to treat customers with respect.

Samantha Gagula Rude and unprofessional experience with dentist Megan. Did not listen to what my partner was saying and her tone changed immediately when my partner declined the services that were offered after being told "it was his decision". Have email advising him to still come in for his appointment after asking if it should be rescheduled due to the radiologist no longer accepting walk ins and appointment for xray has been made for a later date. When this information was provided to Megan, it was dismissed immediately and my partner was told no thats wrong, it is walk ins. Actually, Lake Imaging have changed their policy and no longer accept walk ins - the email we have from reception acknowledges that the clinic has not yet been updated with this policy. Megan insinuated it was pointless being there without the xray even though we asked the question and were told to come in for an examination and it would be fine. Have now paid for a consultation in which nothing was done. Megans attitude and tone were dismissive, rude and patronising.

Hai Nguyen Dr Vu is very caring and patient. Very professional and his friendly staffs make you feel welcome. I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time due to Covid lockdown, and had a bit to check, clean and fill. Also had my wisdoms removed, surprisingly not much pain. Great service.

justin schubert spent 25k there on dental implants there 18 months ago (bottom only) the have been nothing but problems been replaced already and 2nd set just keep falling out which makes me think they just use poor quality !!! I have put in implants at the top recently ( different dentist) and they have really exposed the quality of the bottom ones as they are falling apart . I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!

Misty Lucas Dr vu was lovely to deal with but I spent over 1000 dollars to have my teeth deep cleaned. Ended up with more chips in my teeth that is now going to cost me a lot more. I intended to get cosmetics in my 4 front teeth but am honestly shattered. Lovely people but shocking work sadly

Marie Gabriélle Finding a dentist that makes you feel at ease is hard. Dr Vu at Lotus smiles is welcoming and professional, with a great sense of humour which helps the nerves if you are scared of dentists. His work is of high quality and has what I call butterfly fingers, I barely feel any pain.

Vulkan I don’t like needles, much like many. Knowing I’d have to get a few with this wisdom tooth coming out I was not looking forward to it. 7 minutes in after a nice chat while in the chair the needles were done and I didn’t even notice, I’m thinking fantastic hard part is over. Another couple of minutes later I no longer had my wisdom tooth. That said I was a lucky one I was in and out in 20minutes, couldn’t be happier with that experience.
