If anything more extensive is ever required, good discussion is had about why and what the next steps are. I almost always see Dr. Amanda Richter, who is technically brilliant, communicates effectively and provides professional care and service. Occasionally, in her absence, I have been looked after by Jason, whose care was also excellent. The dental assistants are always friendly, and its easy and quick at the front desk. I am very comfortable recommending Brighton Dentist to families. Parking and location is also easy and a quick stroll from the local shops. Thanks for the years of service!

Jane Edwards This review is so long overdue, and prompted today as I find myself again requesting an emergency appointment on a Saturday afternoon with Dr Hayder and again he never ever thinks of saying no, just extends his clinics hours to accommodate the emergency. You are a legend Hayder. I have been with Hayder for all of his years at Bay Dental Brighton and cannot speak more highly of his skill as a Dentist but also his natural good humour and his ability to put even the most difficult clients (me...lol) at ease. My teeth are a challenge, but under his care I have been able to avert more costly care under a periodontal specialist. Again, thank you Haydar, you a great asset to the area and to the clients in your care.

Con Excellent service from Dr Daniels and Dr Al-Sabak. Had an emergency dental issue and they were able to book me in straight away for an initial consultation and then extraction a few days later. Great job, quick extraction and zero pain in the following days. Appreciate your assistance and would highly recommend this surgery based on care provided as well as expertise.

He is very professional and gentle with a reassuring manner that made me feel very comfortable. Don Grant Our family of four has been using the services of Dental Care On Bay since the practice opened in Brighton many years ago. Sharni, in the front office, is always very welcoming. Dr.Georgina Patsiouras and the dental assistants Haley and Jen are professional and friendly and will put you at ease from the first time you meet them. We usually only attend the practice twice a year for our regular check ups, but occasionally have needed to use their services for more urgent problems and they have always been very accommodating in securing an appointment in a timely manner. We would never hesitate to recommend Dental Care On Bay, for any dental service you may need.

aman mehan I attended the clinic recently and have to say that the service provided was exceptional. Breeze through the reception with no waiting time, Dr Simone (dentist) took me into the room. she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to explain the whole procedure step by step as it was happening. Put my nerves to ease. Discussed the X-rays and full plan was explained and precise indication of the cost was given. As I was leaving, I bumped into the center manager. What a wonderful man. Overall 5 star experience and highly recommended.

The Meme King101 I went to Bupa Brighton for the first time today, and saw Dr Simone Huynh.. After a good 2 years of no Dentists … I was so anxious and nervous about what I needed! Dr Simone was one of the best dentists I’ve ever gone to. Not only was she lovely but so gentle, explaining everything carefully even showing me the X-rays and discussing in detail! She was clear and concise in what I needed to have done.. I feel so comfortable and feel so very lucky to have found her! Thanks Rebecca:)

Rich S I’ve been going to Martin Street Dentists for decades now. Past teams have been great and the current team is excellent. Have seen both Tim and Adam and they are first class dentists. Treatment is expert and explained well. All support staff are very good. Highly recommended.

Doug McQuinn Not having visited a dentist for decades I was understandably nervous. I needn’t have worried as Adam was fantastic. He explained the work I needed and came up with a temporary fix to see me through until January when I will see him again. The TV on the ceiling allowed me to watch Nigella preparing Christmas treats and was a fantastic diversion while Adam investigated my teeth! I Highly recommend Martin Street Dental for a pain-free and easy experience.

And after many traumatic experiences with other dentists, he made her feel so calm and relaxed: she told me if she ever needs another tooth to come out she will only see John who made her laugh so much. blumie chodorow John is the best dentist Ive ever come across- and there have been many all over the world. My daughter had severe dental trauma and needed alot of work done. John knows exactly what to say to her, treats her with so much respect, and has helped her work through her trauma so much so that he was able to do a 1 1/2 hour procedure beautifully.

Edgar Karam I have a daughter with additional needs. She would not allow a dentist to inject a needle let alone use a drill. We have tried over 5 different times. The receptionist advised they can offer surgery under general anaesthetic. After consultation with the dentist, then a second consultation with the "specialist ", we were told the hard luck story about limited access to hospital surgical rooms which are reserved for "extreme " cases. It cost us alot of money for nothing. Perhaps reception should better inform patients of this precondition.

Matt Avoid this unethical clinic at all costs. They do not pay staff what they are owed. Both this clinic and their other one in Brighton is owned by a dental assistant named Swathi Natch. They owe unpaid wages into the 6 figures to multiple dentists as well as dental assistants and receptionists. This is going back over 5 years at least. Their infection control is subpar and I doubt would hold up to any accreditation process

Gabriel Filippa AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They caused irreversible damage. Im out of pocked over $4500 (Got fillings done here, it left me in severe pain. I returned to check up & they said it was fine. Ive sat with the pain for so long. My new Dentist told me they smeared the filling, and he needs to remove & replace all of the work these people did or risk a root canal. Shame because my partners family have gone here for years, but the new dentists are careless.)

Lucy K I had serious jaw pain and already met other dentist 3 times before I met Dr.Eugene. I felt hopefuless because Im an oversea student, had no private health care to be covered. I cant highly recommend Dr.Eugene enough, he is a genuine person and gave me very reasonable advice so I can hold it until I visit my country and get the rest of the procedure done. The other dentist I met before looked just lost and didnt mention anything which Dr.Eugene found out immediately! Id definitely recommend him to my friends and am willing to go again if I have issues.

Meesh Hall When I first came into the clinic, I was nervous and self conscious. After having a few failed root canals in the past, I was terrified at the cost and the entire process which laid ahead. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly team. They made sure I was comfortable and went into detail about where my front tooth was at and what was required. Not only that, the entire team was so friendly and so helpful! I always felt so welcome whenever I visited the clinics and everyone knew me by name. I genuinely recommend the team at Melbourne smiles, not just for their incredible customer service but for the incredible transformation of my smile. It has literally changed my life and I can’t get enough of laughing and smiling. Thank you to everyone! To Terrance, Eugene, Raj, Jaclyn, Alejandra and of course to the wonder woman Swathi. joel fletcher Didn’t finish my root canal and now I’m up for thousands! They have been nothing but difficult when trying to receive my dental records and their website is some kind of strange fake alias. DO NOT GO HERE !!
