My brows were definitely in need of some tidying, and Leila talked through the ideal shape for my face and how I may consider shaping and filling them going forward. A C I got the worst eyebrow threading of my life at this place. Didnt realise how terrible they were until I got home – how could you possibly send someone out looking like this?!?! It has taken me a month to grow them back so I can get them fixed. Never again!

LankanQT22 I recently had my first experience getting hybrid mascara lashes at iBrow and Lashes, and I was quite disappointed. Initially, I requested a cat-eye look, but the technician didn’t seem familiar with the style. The lashes I received were more natural than hybrid, as evident from the photo I took on the first day. I expected a fuller look, similar to what I’ve received at other salons, but it felt like only about 65% of my lashes were filled. After 2.5 days without washing them to ensure longevity, I finally washed my eyes, and that’s when the problems began. More than six lashes came off from each eye in just the first week. I’ve followed a careful aftercare routine, avoiding oil products, so I suspect that they might have used a lower-quality glue. Given the price, I anticipated better results. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend iBrow and Lashes for extensions if you want them to last. I won’t be returning for lash services in the future.

Sharon Tanner Terrible botched experience. I had my eyebrows done with Melanie a few years ago and only now have I been able to fix the damage she did to them. When I sent pictures to Melanie of my concerns and colour she said I would have to pay?! They looked so bad with dashes and the colour was a terrible red/brown that didnt suit my colouring or blonde hair. I was not impressed and given I was trying to colour them in to hide the scars from her tattoo pen I decided to find someone else in Melbourne and I am so glad I did not go back to Melanie. To sum up Melanie had gone too deep and quick with her tattoo and didnt complete the hair strokes which was theh results of the scars throughout my eyebrows and the colour was not matched to my skin or hair. My new cosmetic artist did feather touch on me and did the most amazing colour. She had to make my eyebrows bigger to hide the scars Melanie left me with. It ended up taking two sessions and then another top-up a year later before the botched job has been hidden. I went with Melanie as she was very cheap, but it cost me much more to fix the botched eyebrows and with no help from her to even ask me to come in and see them i person despite sending pictures of the botched eyebrows. I am delighted with my eyebrows now but at the time I was so angry as its your face and I had a bad experience. Do your homework on researching artists with awards who are the best in their field as its your face!

Brad T I started cleansing and moisturising my face in my teens, so I had always had fairly good skin. I thought skin needling would enhance my appearance. It took me four and a half days to heal after the first session, so I thought it must be working well, especially as the skin was peeling on my cheeks. The initial plumpness and glow seemed great, and a dark spot had flaked off, so I was quite excited. I had two more sessions, six weeks apart. Within a week of the third session, Id developed deeper lines around the eyes and the results became worse. A year later, I feel Ive aged quickly, with more wrinkles and crepiness, particularly in the areas where I peeled. I have lost confidence, and should have just kept to cleansing, moisturising and using sunscreen. Natalie Lacy I had an organic Spray Tan and found it to be a great colour with natural depth. I loved how the colour did not smell strong when processing and the next day. I have been back since for more spray tans. Plus I love that they have Green Remedy next door so I can grab a juice or coffee while I am getting my spray tan. Clean and welcoming environment with good staff.

Diane I’ve been going here for the past couple of years. It’s such a fantastic setup, their juices and smoothies not only taste amazing but are so beautifully presented. I now ring my order through in advance so it’s ready for me to pickup when I arrive. The spray tans are also excellent and completely plant based so non toxic. Great customer service too! I now come here to get my spray tans done, after many years of having spray tans of all different types at a number of different establishments (some good, some bad !). The formula that these guys use is the most natural colour Ive yet had - not orange, yellowish or greenish at all. Great colour for those with fair skin like me. They also sell it in a mousse, so you can use it at home. (NB no, I dont work for these guys, receive any incentives for recommendations, nor have any relationship with them, other than as a satisfied customer !)

Steph Came in with existing gels. Clearly asked the nail tech to please not file my nail down too thin as they will snap and break. Less than a week later and one nail has had half torn off while there are huge cracks in the others. Very upset and have put a lot of effort into growing out my natural nails. Will now have to start again.

No One Went here with a friend of mine to get my nails done and they did not disappoint!! I requested a specific design with slight colour changes and i loved the result! Very well priced, Ill update on how well they last... 2.5 weeks and minimal lifting on my hands, no chipping on hands or feet. I cracked my thumb lifting my hand luggage in the 1st week (my fault) but Im happy with the quality. My friend had a break the following day and they fixed it for her, free of charge.
