Aimee Yates I love Simone’s Spray tans, they always work out to be a nice color even and only 2 hours to process, she’s the only person I will see now as her home salon is such a comfortable, and clean and private environment to get sprayed. She gives aftercare tips and tricks too. Can’t wait to get my eyebrows and lashes done to soon.

Debra Kerestes Website says closes 8pm. Rushed to get there. Arrived at 6.45 girls running out the door. Asked why closing when says 8pm they just laughed and ran off. Pretty disgusting customer service.

m m Wish I hadn’t had nails done, I can’t wait to have them off. They were quiet, but decided to close early cause they had to be somewhere (still had an hour and was the only customer) Firstly my nail was partly ripped off taking previous set off. A sorry would have been appreciated. It still aches bad. If this was you (staff), you’d be pissed too. Previous nails weren’t properly removed when new tip was placed and they are far too skinny and sharp possibly from not enough acrylic. I wanted Sns but small sparkle variety so settled for acrylic+ shelac colour that I didn’t really like (they were pretty annoyed I changed my mind which was sad cause I’m choosing a colour for several weeks to please me). I can’t wait to have them off and terrified having nails done again. Was really let down today and don’t think I can return which is sad cause I liked this place before.

Olivia Kolokossian I asked for coffin shaped nails, not round, not almond. Not exactly sure what I got but i was not satisfied. The polish was also rushed and messy, as you can see in my photos. After explaining I am not satisfied and wish to soak my nails off, I was told it would take “too long” and ended up having to leave with nails I am not happy with. It seems as though owner and workers care more about leaving on time, rather than customer care and satisfaction. Mind you, I got these done for my 21st birthday and was willing to pay extra $ to get what i asked for, and was still refused to change them. Don’t recommend.

Helen Seriously the worst place I have come across ! The staff are so rude They crack it when you question the colours they have chosen for you. They crack it when you change your mind on a colour. I’m a paying customer , I’m allowed to do these things because I’m the one paying and I’m the one who’s going to wear them for the next couple of weeks. The colour chart was thrown at me and I was told in an abrupt voice to choose my own colour then. Then they were talking in their language about me. I definitely said something to them that it was not okay what they did etc. after the technician was done doing my nails she got up and walked off. Didn’t take payment from me , didn’t say thank you. Just walked off. Someone else had to do those things. Also the man who owns the place is an absolute D**K! He paces up and down all day, saying in appropriate things to customers and is so unprofessional and unhygienic. We go in there to relax and enjoy our pamper time and to have staff and a boss like that being so pathetic , no wonder the place is going down and they are so dead quiet. Never ever going back again.
