The service was gentle, caring and efficient including support ,admin/reception staff and the practice manger Candy is amazing , she is very organised, welcoming and friendly . Dr George is always so gentle and reassuring, he makes sure everything is perfect , he takes so much care to get everything right. Very pleased.

Anna Hince Going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do. I tell you, see John! He is the BEST! Last time, somewhere else, my clean was so painful, I had to stop multiple times, I was sensitive for weeks. Today I was able to cope with the whole clean no stopping. The nurse was also great at catching all the saliva, I felt comfortable, cared for & looked after. John listens, is very knowledgeable, professional, caring & an exceptional dentist. I will go 6mthly because Im not scared & not hurt! Awesome work John!!

Carolyn Clarke John is very professional he can work with any range of dentistry you need. His soft approach is soothing and perfect for children as hes gentle and explains procedures as he works. Absolutely the fairest price in the west. I couldnt recommend him anymore than a complete 5 star experience which is worth its weight in gold when it comes to going to the dentist. Never your typical rush to finish. Soft, kind and patient hes work speaks for itself.

Sam Mufale This is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever been to. I came in for a clean and check up and discovered a small filling that needed repairing. After drilling for what seemed forever he then patched the filling. The guard ended up stuck and when removed I had the inside of the filling stuck all over my tooth. He then drilled.. and drilled till I ask him to stop as my gums were damaged by this. I stoped the service here and then asked him to stop. I then walked out and paid! I told him I was very unhappy with this service and he didn’t seem to care. He then charged me over and above the private gap. I told him again how unhappy I was and still no issues from him as I walked out the door. I have reported him to Bupa and the dental association. I’m not one to complain but I feel as though people should be warned. I’m now off to another dentist to get this filing fixed.run away fast from here and don’t look back.
